المستخلص: The Court of Auditors, as a Supreme Audit Institution (SAI), has the constitutional mandate to promote the regular and efficient use of resources, material means and public funds, to promote accountability, transparency in the management of public finances and to contribute to the reinforcement of the prevention and the fight against the various forms of corruption, The objective of the study is to show that its revitalization is a strategic axis in the strategy of the good governance of the finances of the State. The study will demonstrate that this revitalization will contribute to the establishment of a discipline in public management, good governance and the prevention of corruption, through several actions, in particular strengthening the independence of the institution and the publication of their monitoring and evaluation work.

La cour des comptes, comme Institution Supérieur de Contrôle (ISC), a comme mandat constitutionnel de favoriser l’utilisation régulière et efficiente des ressources, moyens matériels et fonds publics, de promouvoir l’obligation de rendre compte, la transparence dans la gestion des finances publiques et de contribuer au renforcement de la prévention et de la lutte contre les diverses formes de la corruption, L’objectif de l’étude est de montrer que sa redynamisation est un axe stratégique dans la stratégie de la bonne gouvernance des finances de l’Etat. L’étude va démontrer que cette redynamisation contribuera dans l’implantation d’une discipline dans la gestion publique, une bonne gouvernance et de la prévention contre la corruption, et ce à travers plusieurs actions, notamment renforcer l’indépendance de l’institution et la publication de leurs travaux de contrôle et d’évaluation.
