المستخلص: هذه النسخة من المخطوط نقلها بعض تلامذة الشيخ التادلي كما رآها هو -حسب تصريحه- بخط يد الشيخ في آخر نسخة منهاج الطالب في تعديل الكواكب لابن البناء، كتبها الشيخ ثم شطب عليها. وفيها ذكر مؤلفها نسب الشيخ، والفنون والعلوم التي برع فيها، وذكر نقلا عنه بعض شيوخه في الفقه والأصول والحديث بفاس، وما خلفه من تآليف، وما أخذه عنه في مجالسه التعليمية، واصفا سمته ووقاره واجتهاده في تدريس علوم كثيرة في مجالس عديدة، مبينا حسن اطلاعه على المتداول من كتب العربية في وقته. كما نقل عن ترجمة خطها التادلي لنفسه، ترجمة مفصلة لشيوخه في المغرب والمشرق؛ فذكر أسماء كل شيخ مقرونا بالعلم الذي أخذه. ثم فصل في تآليف التادلي العديدة والمفيدة في شتى الفنون. وهي تصانيف وشروح وحواش ورسائل في العلوم الإسلامية كالتفسير والحديث والفقه وأصوله والتصوف، وعلوم اللغة كالنحو والتصريف والعروض والبيان، ومختلف العلوم كالهندسة والحساب، والهيئة والتوقيت والموسيقى وعلم الجدول والمنطق والطب والتعديل وعلم التاريخ وعلم الدول. كما شملت تآليفه تفسير بعض اللغات؛ كلغة الفرس والترك والفرانصيص والنگليز والبربر. ثم ختم حديثه بنقل لما قيده الشيخ التادلي بخطه على ظهر نسخة من «شرح جسوس على الرسالة»، يحكي فيه كيف سعى إلى طلب رفع مكوس أبواب بلدان إيالة السلطان، مبرزا مكانته.

This copy of the manuscript was passed on by some of Sheikh Al-tadali’s students, as he saw it - according to his statement - in the Sheikh’s handwriting in the last version of the student’s syllabus in the modification of the planets for the son of the builder, written by the Sheikh and then crossed out on it. In it, its author mentioned the lineage of the Sheikh, and the arts and sciences in which he excelled, and mentioned quoting some of his elders in Jurisprudence, fundamentals, and hadith in Fez, and what he left of the authorship, and what he took from him in his educational councils, describing his reputation, reverence and diligence in teaching many sciences in many councils, indicating his good knowledge of the rolling of Arabic books in his time. He also quoted an autobiography written by al-Tadali himself, a detailed biography of his Cheikhs in Morocco and the middle east. He mentioned the names of each sheikh along with the flag he took. Then he was occupied with numerous and useful Tadley compositions in various arts. These are classifications, annotations, footnotes and theses in Islamic sciences such as interpretation, Hadith, jurisprudence and its fundamentals, Sufism, language sciences such as grammar, conjugation, presentation and statement, and various sciences such as geometry, arithmetic, timing, music, logic, medicine, modification, history and states science. His work also included the interpretation of some languages such as Persian, Turkish, French, English, and Berber. Then he concluded his speech with a transmission of what Sheikh al-Tadli recorded in his handwriting on the back of a copy of the «Commentary of Jesus on the Message», in which he tells how he tried to request the lifting of the excise (taxes) of the gates of the countries (cities) of Sultan’s eyalet (state), highlighting his status.
