|a يبحث هذا الموضوع في نظرية فلسفية معاصرة، وهي نظرية العقد الاجتماعي السياسي، وتعد هذه النظرية الأساس الفلسفي للديمقراطية الغربية المعاصرة، وقد لقيت اهتمامًا خاصًا منذ القرن السابع عشر الميلادي من علماء الاجتماع وفلاسفته، فتناولوها بالشرح والتحليل والتفسير والتعليل؛ فأثرت في كثير من النظريات، والأفكار الفلسفية، وأصبحت تمثل مصدر إلهام للثورات الغربية، والأحزاب التي ظهرت بعدها. ومع أن الاهتمام الفعلي في نظرية العقد الاجتماعي بدأ منذ القرن السابع عشر؛ إلا أن بداياتها الفعلية عند المفكرين والفلاسفة نشأت منذ القرن السادس عشر، كما أن جذورها الفكرية ترجع إلى قبل ذلك بكثير. وهذه النظرية مرتبطة بصورة وثيقة بموقف الأفراد من الحكومة والمجتمع الذي ينتمون إليه؛ حيث هدفت إلى إيجاد رؤية للعلاقة بين الحاكم والمحكوم، على أن يقوم المجتمع بتشكيل منظمات خاصة تهدف إلى الدفاع عنه ضد الأخطار الخارجية.
|b This study investigates a contemporary philosophical theory, which is the theory of socio-political contract. It is considered as a philosophical basis of contemporary Western democracy, and has received special attention since the seventeenth century AD by sociologists and philosophers, who addressed it with explanation, analysis, interpretation and explanation. Although the actual concern in the theory of the social contract began in the 17th century, its actual beginning among intellectuals and philosophers has arisen since the 16th century, and its intellectual roots date back much earlier. This theory is closely connected to individuals` attitudes on the government and the society to which they belong. It aims to make up a vision manifesting the relationship between the ruler and the governed as the society shall set up private organizations aimed at defending it against external threats.
