المستخلص: The last three decades have witnessed a real change in the public policies adopted for the vocational introduction of disabled people and their professional insertion. It’s noticeable that public authorities showed a better awareness of the disable’s particular problems, this is expressed is law making regulations and policies adopted for this context. However, it must be noted that much efforts have to be made for protecting this category of people. This research work aims at analyzing the different international bodies, governments, and scientific communities towards this category of people as far as the laws favoring and encouraging their integration in the labor market are concerned. Moreover, a sociological description of their situation and state has been provided, as well.

Au cours de ces trois dernières décennies, nous avons assisté à un changement avéré de positionnement des politiques publiques à l’égard des personnes handicapées et à une meilleure prise de conscience vis à vis leurs problèmes particuliers. Ce qui a permis l’émergence et l’entrée en vigueur de textes réglementaires en leur faveur en termes d’insertion. Pourtant, nous constatons qu’il reste encore des efforts à fournir en termes de protection de cette catégorie de personnes. Dans ce travail et à l’aide d’éléments théoriques, nous nous sommes intéressés aux différents instances internationales, gouvernementales et communautés scientifiques envers cette catégorie de personnes en termes de lois en faveur de leur insertion, tout en faisant une description sociologique de leur situation.
