المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد أبرز العوامل الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والثقافية المؤدية لانحراف الأحداث، متبعة منهج المسح الاجتماعي الشامل لجميع الأحداث بدار الملاحظة بالرياض، البالغ عددهم (١٦٧) حدثا. وتعد هذه الدراسة من الدراسات الوصفية التحليلية؛ من خلال تطبيق أداة الاستبانة، وقد توصلت إلى أن التفكك الأسري ناتج عن ممارسة إخوة الحدث بعض مظاهر الانحراف أمامه، أما جماعة الرفاق: فإن الأحداث يرون أن حب ظهور الحدث أمام أصدقائه هو ما دفعه للانحراف، أما الحي السكني: فإنهم يرون أن السكن في منزل غير ملائم هو سبب انحرافهم، وأما أوقات الفراغ: فإنهم يرون أن قضاء معظم أوقاتهم على البلايستيشن هو ما دفعهم إلى الانحراف، في حين كان من أبرز العوامل الاقتصادية: أن الحدث غير قادر على مقاومة الإغراءات المادية، ويرون أنهم يعدون من الأسر الفقيرة، وأن بطالة الأب وعدم قدرته على تلبية احتياجات الأسرة هو ما دفعهم للانحراف، في حين كان من أبرز العوامل الثقافية: أن الرسوب المتكرر في مراحل التعليم هو سبب انحرافهم، وأن انتحال الحدث لشخصيات وابتزاز الآخرين عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي هو سبب انحرافهم، وأنهم يقومون بأعمال يعلمون بأنها محرمة ولكن لا يستطيعون تركها.

The study aimed to identify the most prominent social, economic and cultural factors that lead to juvenile delinquency. The study followed the approach of a comprehensive social survey of all juveniles in the observation house in Riyadh, which numbered (167). This study is descriptive and analytical study. Using the questionnaire for data collection. The study have found that the family disintegration is the result of the juvenile brothers practicing some aspects of deviation in front of them. As for the group of comrades, the juveniles see that the love of the juvenile appearing in front of his friends is what prompted him to deviate. As for the residential neighborhood, they see that living in a house is not Appropriate is the reason for their deviation, and as for leisure, they see that spending most of their time on the PlayStation is what pushed them to deviation, while one of the most prominent economic factors was that the juvenile is unable to resist material temptations, and they see that they are considered from poor families, and that the father’s unemployment and inability to Meeting the family’s needs is what prompted them to deviate, while one of the most prominent cultural factors was that the repeated failure in the educational stages was the cause of their deviation, and that the event’s impersonation and blackmailing of others through social media was the cause of their deviation, and that they were doing things they knew were forbidden, but they could not leave them.
