Research title: A Marriage Proposal Upon Another Proposal -A Jurisprudential Study- Research subject: The issues related to making a marriage proposal upon another proposal and studying them jurisprudentially. The primary divisions of the research: This research is divided into an introduction, a preface, three topics, and a conclusion. In the introduction I discussed the importance of the topic and the reasons for choosing it, the literature review, the research methodology and the research plan, and in the preface, and I discussed the definition of the vocabularies of the topic, and in the first topic I discussed the ruling of making marriage proposal upon another proposal, and in the second topic I discussed the situations whereby a marriage proposal upon another proposal is allowed, and in the third topic I discussed the impact of a woman giving consent herself or her guardian giving consent on her behalf for a proposal after another proposal, and in the conclusion I mentioned the most significant findings and recommendations. The most significant findings of the research: I reached a number of findings in the research: • The impermissibility of a marriage proposal upon another one. • The validity of a marriage consummated based on a proposal made upon another one. • The impermissibility of initiating proposal on the proposal of a sinful person. • The permissibility of initiating a proposal on the proposal of an unbeliever. • The permissibility of the second proposal if the first one was rejected. • The permissibility of the second proposal if the initiator of the first one has allowed it. • The permissibility of the second proposal if the status of the first person is unknown. • The impermissibility of the second proposal if the initiator of the first proposal was given a subtle consent. • The impermissibility of the woman who has given consent for marriage or that her guardian has given consent, for another man.
