المستخلص: Climate change can considered as a multiplier threat to various dimensions of human security, the increase in effects of global warming will rise pressures on local peoples. Forcing them to migrate and displacement, whether voluntary or forced, permanently or temporarily; either internal or cross border. Climate migration has become one of the issues raised in Environmental International Law and Sustainable Development, for reason of problems it raises related to the flows of migratory movements and displacement at the international level. Therefore, migrants and climate refugees need legal protection to enable them to live after losing their homes. On this basis, regional and international organizations have contributed to strengthening legal protection, including the European Union and the United Nations. Especially after the adoption of the United Nations Convention on Regular, Safe and Regular Migration, with the institutional and procedural mechanisms supporting that.
