المستخلص: هذه الدراسة تهدف إلى الكشف عن معنى من المعاني المعدودة في جملة القوادح المهمة التي توزن بها الأقيسة الفقهية، ويمكن أن يعترض بها على سائر الأدلة الشرعية؛ ألا وهو قادح [فساد الوضع]؛ وقد تم إفراده بالبحث نظرا لأهميته وموقعه بين جملة القوادح المعتبرة عند أهل الأصول والمنطق، وقد تركز البحث على الكشف عن حقيقته وأقسامه وحجية الاعتراض به، وما يصلح أن يكون جوابا عنه في مقام المناظرة والاحتجاج، ولأجل استكمال التصورات والمفاهيم؛ فقد أتبع البحث بجملة من التطبيقات الفقهية المتنوعة من أجل إيقاف القارئ على أهمية القادح وأثره في وزن المقاييس الفقهية المتنوعة، وتوصل البحث إلى جملة من النتائج؛ أهمها: أن القوادح من لوازم البناء السليم للقياس الفقهي التي لا يمكن الاستغناء عنها بحال، وأن قادح [فساد الوضع] يعد من أهمها وأولياتها، وأن الاعتراض به على أي قياس ملزم للمستدل، ولا مناص له من الإجابة عنه بما يدفعه أو يسلم لخصمه عدم سلامة القياس الذي أورده.

This study aims to reveal the meaning of the enumerated meanings in the sentence of the important triggers with which jurisprudential syllogisms are weighed, and by which it is possible to object to all other legal evidences; It is a defamer [corruption of the situation]; It was singled out for research due to its importance and its position among the list of defamations considered by the people of fundamentals and logic. The research focused on revealing its truth, its divisions, and the authoritative objection to it, and what is suitable to be an answer to it in the place of debate and protest, and for the sake of completing perceptions and concepts; The research was followed by a number of various jurisprudential applications in order to stop the reader on the importance of the trigger and its impact on the weight of the various jurisprudential measures, and the research reached a number of results; The most important of which is: that triggers are among the requirements for the proper construction of a jurisprudential analogy that cannot be dispensed with under any circumstances, and that triggers [the corruption of the situation] is considered one of the most important and prioritized ones, and that objecting to it is against any binding analogy for the inferred, and there is no way for him to answer it by what he urges or delivers to his opponent for its lack of integrity. the measurement that you provide.
