New information technologies have profoundly changed copyright. New forms of information exploitation and networks have facilitated the reproduction and mass dissemination of creations and made the use of works difficult to control, hence counterfeiting and piracy. In Algeria, few legislative texts are consecrated for copyright from independence to nowadays. The current law is the ordinance n°03-05 of 19 Joumada El Oula 1424 corresponding to 19 July 2003 on copyright and neighboring rights. Through our contribution, we will try to see if algerian legislator has provided provisions on copyright and related rights linked to the changes required by the new digital environment Les nouvelles technologies de l’information ont profondément bouleversé les droits d’auteur. Les nouvelles formes d’exploitation de l'information et les réseaux ont facilité la reproduction et la diffusion massive des créations et ont rendu l’utilisation des oeuvres difficilement contrôlable, d’où la contrefaçon et le piratage. En Algérie, peu de textes législatifs sont consacrés aux droits d'auteur depuis l'indépendance à nos jours. La loi en vigueur est l’ordonnance n° 03-05 du 19 Joumada El Oula 1424 correspondant au 19 juillet 2003 relative aux droits d’auteurs et aux droits voisins A travers notre contribution, nous allons essayer de voir si la législateur algérien a prévu des dispositions sur les droits d’auteur et les droits voisins liées aux changements exigés par le nouvel environnement numérique. |
