المستخلص: تبدو الدراسات التي تأخذ بعين الاعتبار الإشكالية العائلية بالعلاقة مع عدة اضطرابات نفس- جسدية ذات أهمية وفائدة، لذلك أردنا أن نتناول من خلال هذا العمل مفهوم الغلاف العائلي الحاوي الذي يحمل عناصر جديدة لفهم العائلة بغرض التطرق إلى البعد العائلي للاضطراب النفس- جسدي، حيث لا يتوقف الهدف من هذه الدراسة على ما يمثله المرض الجلدي للفرد بل يتجاوز ذلك إلى وظيفته ضمن الاقتصاد النفسي والعائلي الدراسات المنجزة حول طبيعة الغلاف العائلي الحاوي قليلة بالرغم من أن الغلاف النفسي والغلاف الجسدي للفرد يتشكلان في مجموع علائقي عائلي من خلال تصورات وإسقاطات الآخرين من أجل الوصول إلى تحديد العلاقة بين طبيعة الغلاف العائلي ونوعية التوظيف النفسي لدى مجموعة من المصابين بأمراض جلدية مختلفة، قمنا بإجراء المقابلة العيادية نصف الموجهة مع القيام بالتحليل السيكوباتولوجي يليها تطبيق اختبار الرورشاخ الإسقاطي. أسفرت نتائج التقنيات المطبقة على وجود علاقة بين المتغيرين حيث يؤدي ضعف الغلاف العائلي في وظيفته الحاوية وصعوبة ضمانه الحماية والأمان الكافي للأفراد إلى هشاشة توظيفاتهم النفسية، من خلال استعمال ميكانيزمات دفاعية غير متكيفة وغير فعالة في إرصان الصراعات.

The studies of the familial problematic linked with certain psychosomatic troubles in the subject showed their relevancy and their usefulness. Therefore, we want to discuss the concept of the family cover in this study, which offers new insights to understand the familial problems and their relationship to psychosomatic disorders. The purpose of this study is not limited on what the person’s skin condition represents, but it surpasses that to its function in the family psychological economy. The studies made on the nature of the family cover are scarce, even though the physical and psychological covers of the person are shaped in a relational family group, influenced by perceptions and projections of others. To investigate the relationship between the nature of the family cover and the quality of mental functioning, we employed specific techniques. These included a semi-structured clinical interview with a psychopathological analysis, and a Rorschach test. The results obtained from these techniques revealed a correlation between the two variables. The weakness of the family cover in its containing function, and the difficulty of it ensuring the protection and sufficient safety of the individuals, leads to the fragility of their psychological functioning. Consequently, individuals may use non-adaptive and ineffective protective mechanisms to manage the conflicts.

Les études sur la problématique familiale en lien avec certains troubles psychosomatiques chez le sujet ont montré leur pertinence et leur utilité. Nous voulons aller dans ce sens dans notre travail de thèse en pointant sur un concept assez nouveau qui précise cette problématique. Il s’agit du concept d’enveloppe familiale. Ce concept apporte, en effet, depuis quelques années des éléments nouveaux qui permettent de mieux comprendre la famille et par là même de prendre en compte la dimension familiale du symptôme psychosomatique. Les études sur l'enveloppe familiale sont rares. C’est ce qui nous a poussés vers la recherche d’un lien entre le fonctionnement mental de sujets atteints de différentes affections cutanées et la qualité de cette enveloppe. Cette enveloppe se forme au sein du groupe familial, à travers les perceptions et les projections des autres. Nous avons utilisé les techniques suivantes: un entretien clinique semi-directif avec une analyse psychopathologique et un test projectif, le Rorschach. Nos résultats montrent l’existence de cette relation qui s’exprime par une certaine fragilité du fonctionnement mental: une l’utilisation inefficace des mécanismes de défense dans la gestion des conflits chez le sujet en lien avec une perturbation de la structure de l'enveloppe familiale chez les patients atteints de maladies cutanée.
