المستخلص: لتعزيز بيئة رقمية آمنة وموثوقة في جامعة تبوك، وفي ظل التطور التكنولوجي مرهوناً بانتشار التهديدات السيبرانية، قامت إدارة الأمن السيبراني بجامعة تبوك بعمل العديد من النشرات التي تستهدف التوعية الامنية لكافة منسوبي الجامعة، ومن ضمنهم الطلبة والموظفين وأعضاء هيئة التدريس ذوي الإعاقة، ويهتم البحث الراهن بالطلبة ذوى الإعاقة خصوصاً. ويهدف البحث الراهن إلى تصميم برنامج تدريبي لخلق بيئة سيبرانية آمنة، وتعزيز الأمن الرقمي لدى الطلبة ذوي الإعاقة بجامعة تبوك وأثره في تحسين جودة الحياة الرقمية لديهم (إعداد الباحثون)، استخدم الباحثون المنهج التجريبي، حيث تضمن عينة البحث على "71" من الطلبة ذوي الإعاقة بجامعة تبوك توصل البحث الراهن إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات الطلبة ذوي الإعاقة على الأبعاد الرئيسة، والدرجة الكلية لاستبيان جودة الحياة الرقمية طبقاً لمتغير النوع لصالح الذكور، كذلك وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات الطلبة ذوي الإعاقة على الأبعاد الرئيسة والدرجة الكلية للاستبيان طبقاً لمتغير نوع الإعاقة لصالح الطلبة ذوي الإعاقة الحركية، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات الطلبة ذوي الإعاقة على الأبعاد الرئيسة والدرجة الكلية للاستبيان طبقاً لمتغير درجة الإعاقة. كما أثبتت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات الطلبة ذوي الإعاقة في المجموعة التجريبية في القياسين القبلي والبعدي على درجات الأبعاد الرئيسة والدرجة الكلية للاستبيان لصالح القياس البعدي وأنتهى البحث بمجموعة من التوصيات الإجرائية، ومنها: زيادة الاهتمام برفع وعي الجامعات السعودية لمعايير الأمن الرقمي لمواجهة أي هجوم على أنظمة المعلومات، تنظيم برامج تدريبية للطلبة وأعضاء هيئة التدريس والإداريين لتدريبهم على تطبيق أمن المعلومات.

To enhance a safe and reliable digital environment at the University of Tabuk, and in light of the technological development and the increase in cyber threats accompanying it, the Department of Cybersecurity at the University of Tabuk has made many publications that target security awareness for all university employees, including students, employees and faculty members with disabilities, and the current research is concerned Especially students with disabilities. The current research aims to design a training program to create a safe cyber environment, and to enhance digital security for students with disabilities at the University of Tabuk and its impact on improving the quality of their digital life (prepared by researchers). The researchers used the experimental approach, as the research sample included "71" students with disabilities. Tabuk University. The current research found that there are statistically significant differences between the responses of students with disabilities on the main dimensions, and the total score of the digital quality of life questionnaire according to the gender variable in favor of males. There are also statistically significant differences between the responses of students with disabilities on the main dimensions and the total score of the questionnaire according to the gender variable. Disability is in favor of students with mobility disabilities, and there are no statistically significant differences between the responses of students with disabilities on the main dimensions and the total score of the questionnaire according to the variable of degree of disability. The results also showed that there were statistically significant differences between the mean scores of students with disabilities in the experimental group in the pre and post measurements on the scores of the main dimensions and the total score of the questionnaire in favor of the post measurement. The research ended with a set of procedural recommendations, including increase interest in raising Saudi universities' awareness of digital security standards to counter any attack on information systems, organizing training programs for students, faculty members, and administrators to train them in the application of information security.
