المستخلص: تعد تكنولوجيا سلاسل الكتل (Blockchain) اختراقا ثوريا يمكن من فرض رقابة محكمة على المعاملات المالية والتحكم بها من خلال أكبر سجل رقمي موزع ومفتوح يسمح بنقل أصول الملكية من طرف إلى آخر في الوقت نفسه (Real time) دون الحاجة إلى وسيط مع تحقيق درجة عالية من الأمان لعملية التحويل في مواجهة محاولات الغش أو التلاعب ويشترك في هذا السجل لجميع الأفراد حول العالم. وقد استهدفت الباحثة دراسة وتحليل أهم التحديات التي تواجهه تطبيق تكنولوجيا سلاسل الكتل في البيئة المحاسبية، وعوامل نجاح نظم المحاسبة المعتمدة على هذه التكنولوجيا، وأثر استخدامها على البيئة المحاسبية في مصر، من خلال القيام بنوعين من الدراسات وهم الدراسة النظرية والدراسة الميدانية من خلال استخدام أسلوب قائمة الاستبيان واستطلاع رأي عينة من (48) مفردة من المحاسبين بالشركات والبنوك وخبراء تكنولوجيا المعلومات والمراجعين بمكاتب المحاسبة والمراجعة لإجراء التحليل الإحصائي لها. وقد توصلت الباحثة إلى أن هناك العديد من التحديات التي تواجهه تطبيق هذه التكنولوجيا في البيئة المحاسبية، أهمها المخاطر التشغيلية وغياب نظم المحاسبة وتحديات الحوكمة، وأنها تؤثر على مهنة المحاسبة والمراجعة من خلال تغيير شكل المهنة واتساع مجالاتها. لذا توصي الباحثة بزيادة دور المنظمات المهنية ومكاتب المحاسبة لتنظيم استخدامات هذه التكنولوجيا، مع عقد دورات تدريبية للمحاسبين والمراجعين للاطلاع على كل جديد في هذا المجال مع زيادة المقررات التعليمية بمجال المحاسبة بالتطورات التكنولوجية وآثارها المحتمل على نظم المعلومات المحاسبية.

Blockchain technology is a revolutionary breakthrough that enables to impose tight control on financial transactions and control them through the largest digital record without the need for an intermediary with achieving a high degree of safety for the transfer process in the face of attempts to fraud or manipulation, and all individuals around the world participate in this record.The researcher aimed to study and analyze the most important challenges facing the application of blockchain technology in the accounting environment, the success factors of accounting systems based on this technology, and the impact of its use on the accounting environment in Egypt, by carrying out two types of studies, namely the theoretical study and the field study. Through the use of the questionnaire list to survey a sample of (48) single accountants in companies and banks, information technology experts, and auditors at the Accounting and Auditing Office to conduct statistical analysis .The researcher has concluded that there are many challenges facing the application of this technology in the accounting environment, the most important of which are operational risks, the absence of accounting systems, and governance challenges, and it affects the accounting and auditing profession through changing the profession’s form and expanding its fields, so the researcher recommends increasing the role of professional organizations. And accounting offices to regulate the uses of this technology, with holding training courses for accountants and auditors to learn new in this field, with an increase in educational courses in the field of accounting with technological developments in this field.
