المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى تحقق الاتصال العلمي لأعضاء هيئة التدريس ومعاونيهم بجامعة أسيوط من خلال التعرف على مدى استخدامهم لوسائل التواصل الإلكترونية وأثر وباء كورونا على استخدامها، وتحديد أكثر الوسائل الإلكترونية استخداما، ورصد واقع واتجاهات النشر العلمي لأعضاء هيئة التدريس ومعاونيهم بجامعة أسيوط، والتعرف على مدى استخدام مصادر المعلومات الإلكترونية وتوجهات الأعضاء نحو مصادر الوصول الحر، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الميداني، وطبقت الدراسة على اثنتي عشرة كلية، ست كليات مثلن الكليات العملية، والست الآخر مثلن الكليات النظرية، وتم أخذ عينة قوامها 240 عضوا، تم توزيعها بطريقة التخصيص المتساوي، واستخدمت الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن نسبة كبيرة جدا من أعضاء هيئة التدريس ومعاونيهم بجامعة أسيوط يستفيدون من وسائل التواصل الإلكترونية في مجال التعليم والبحث العلمي، وتبين أن البريد الإلكتروني أكثر وسيلة تحقق استفادة مرتفعة جدا، و(السرعة في إنجاز المهام العلمية) أكثر سبب لزيادة الاستخدام بعد أزمة كورونا، وأن غالبية العينة يسمحوا للدوريات التي نشروا بها بأن تتيح أبحاثهم على الإنترنت، وأكثر سبب لعدم النشر على الإنترنت كان لعدم المعرفة بضوابط وطرق النشر على الإنترنت، وأن الكتب الإلكترونية أكثر المصادر أهمية واستخداما، أجابت نسبة كبيرة جدا قدرها (95.4%) من العينة بموافقتهم ودعمهم للوصول الحر للمعلومات، وأوصت الدراسة بتشجيع الجامعة للباحثين على تقوية الاتصال العلمي بدعم نشر البحوث والاشتراك في المؤتمرات، وعمل ندوات تدريبية ودورات لكيفية الوصول إلى المصادر الإلكترونية ومصادر الوصول الحر واستخدامها، تدريب أعضاء هيئة التدريس والباحثين والطلاب على استخدام برامج المحادثة عن بعد مثل (zoom, duo, teams) تحسبا لحدوث ظروف طارئة تعوق الاتصال والتواصل مثل ما حدث في جائحة كورونا.

The study aimed to identify the extent to which the scientific communication of the teaching staff and their assistants at Assiut University by identifying the extent of their use of electronic means of communication and the impact of the Corona epidemic on their use, identifying the most commonly used electronic means, monitoring the reality and trends of scientific publishing for the teaching staff and their assistants at Assiut University, and identifying The extent to which electronic information sources are used and staffs attitudes towards free access sources. The researcher used the field approach. The study was applied to twelve colleges, six colleges represented practical colleges, and the other six represented theoretical colleges. A sample of 240 members was taken and distributed in an equal allocation method, and the questionnaire was used. As a data collection tool, the study concluded Too much of the teaching staff and their assistants at Assiut University benefit from electronic means of communication in the field of education and scientific research. The use after the Corona crisis, and that the majority of the sample allow the periodicals in which they were published to make their research available on the Internet The Internet, and the most reason for not publishing on the Internet was the lack of knowledge of the controls and methods of publishing on the Internet, and that electronic books are the most important and used sources. A very large percentage of (95.4%) of the sample answered with their approval and support for free access to information, and the study recommended encouraging the university for researchers to strengthen communication Supporting publishing research and participating in conferences, conducting training seminars and courses on how to access and use electronic resources and free access resources, training faculty members, researchers and students to use remote conversation programs such as (zoom, duo, teams) in anticipation of emergency circumstances that impede communication and communication such as What happened during the Corona pandemic.
