المستخلص: هدف البحث بناء برنامج مقترح في ضوء التنمية المستدامة لتنمية بعض المفاهيم المرتبطة بالاقتصاد المستدام، وبعض مهارات اتخاذ القرار الأخلاقي لدى طلاب كليات التربية وقياس فاعليته. تمثلت عينة البحث في طلاب كلية التربية شعبة الجغرافيا بكلية التربية جامعة حلوان وعددهم 55 طالب، وقد تم بناء قائمة بالمفاهيم المرتبطة بالاقتصاد المستدام التي يجب تنميتها لدى طلاب كليات التربية، كما تم بناء قائمة بمهارات اتخاذ القرار الأخلاقي الواجب تنميتها لدى طلاب كلية التربية وضبطهما، تم بناء البرنامج المقترح في ضوء التنمية المستدامة، وتم إعداد دليل المحاضر لتنفيذ للبرنامج المقترح وضبطه، ثم تم بناء أداتي القياس وهما اختبار المفاهيم المرتبطة بالاقتصاد المستدام ومقياس مهارات اتخاذ القرار الأخلاقي وضبطهما، تطبيق اختبار المفاهيم ومقياس مهارات اتخاذ القرار الأخلاقي قبلياً، تطبيق البرنامج المقترح على مجموعة البحث التجريبية، ثم تم تطبيق اختبار المفاهيم ومقياس مهارات اتخاذ القرار الأخلاقي بعدياً، توصل البحث إلى وجود فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات طلاب مجموعة البحث التجريبية في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي لاختبار المفاهيم المرتبطة بالاقتصاد المستدام لصالح التطبيق البعدي، وجود فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات طلاب مجموعة البحث التجريبية في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي لمقياس مهارات اتخاذ القرار الأخلاقي ككل لصالح التطبيق البعدي، وجود فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات طلاب مجموعة البحث التجريبية في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي لمقياس مهارات اتخاذ القرار الأخلاقي في كل مهارة على حدى لصالح التطبيق البعدي، وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة إحصائياً بين درجات طلاب مجموعة البحث التجريبية في التطبيق البعدي لاختبار المفاهيم المرتبطة بالاقتصاد المستدام ومقياس مهارات اتخاذ القرار الأخلاقي لصالح التطبيق البعدي.

The aim of the research is to construct a proposed program in the light of sustainable development to develop some concepts related to sustainable economy, and some ethical decision-making skills among students of faculties of education, and to measure its effectiveness. The research sample consisted of 55 students of the Faculty of Education, Geography Division, Faculty of Education, Helwan University. A list of concepts related to the sustainable economy that must be developed among students of the Faculties of Education was built. Constructing the proposed program in the light of sustainable development, and a teacher's guide was prepared to implement the proposed program, then the two measurement tools were prepared, which are testing concepts related to sustainable economy and measuring ethical decision- making skills applying testing concepts and measuring ethical decision-making skills beforehand, applying the proposed program to a group The experimental research, then the concepts test and the moral decision-making skills scale were administrated, the research found that there is a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the students of the experimental research group in the pre and post applications to test concepts related to sustainable economy in favor of the post-application, and there is a statistically significant difference between the averages The scores of the students of the experimental research group in the pre and post applications of the measure of taking skills a There is a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the students of the experimental research group in the pre and post applications of the ethical decision-making skills scale in each skill separately in favor of the post application, and there is a statistically significant positive correlation between the scores of the students of the experimental research group in Post-application to test the concepts related to sustainable economy and a measure of ethical decision-making skills in favor of the post-application.
