|a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على السياقات المنتجة للجرائم الاقتصادية خاصة النصب والاحتيال في المجتمع المصري من وجهة نظر المحكومين في دار الإصلاح والتهذيب. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تصميم دليل دراسة حالة لجمع البيانات، وقد تم استخدام عينة عمدية بلغت عشرة حالات. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج كان أبرزها وجود أثر لمتغير الأجور، البطالة، التضخم، وجود أثر لمتغير حجم الأسرة الكبيرة في جرائم الاحتيال والنصب، كما أظهرت الدراسة آثار ذلك على الأفراد الضحايا وعوائلهم، واقترحت الدراسة بضرورة قيام الحكومة برفع دخول الأفراد في المجتمع من خلال وضع سياسات مالية تضمن توفير سبل العيش الكريم للأفراد، وفرض تشريعات جديدة على أصحاب رؤوس الأموال والمستثمرين في رفع رواتب العاملين وتقديم مساعدات مالية لهم وتشديد تنفيذ العقوبات الرادعة، ونشر الوعي لدى العالمة بعدم الثقة إلا في البنوك الرسمية.
|b This study aimed to identify the contexts that produce economic crimes, especially fraud and fraud, in Egyptian society from the point of view of the convicts in prison. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was designed and developed to collect data, and a deliberate sample of ten cases was used. The study reached a set of results, the most prominent of which was the existence of an effect of the variable of wages, unemployment, inflation, and the presence of an effect of the variable of large family size in fraud and fraud crimes. The study also showed the effects of this on individual victims and their families. By setting financial policies that ensure the provision of decent livelihoods for individuals, imposing new legislation on capital owners and investors in raising the salaries of workers and providing them with financial assistance, tightening the implementation of deterrent penalties, and spreading awareness among scholars of the lack of trust except in official banks.
