المستخلص: استهدف البحث تعرف دور منظمات المجتمع المدني والمنظمات الدولية في تطوير الخدمات التعليمية للكبار، وتعرف خبرات بعض الدول المتقدمة في مجالات تعليم الكبار ووضع تصور مقترح لتفعيل هذا الدور. ولتحقيق ذلك تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي لمناسبته لطبيعة البحث. وقد طبق الباحث أداة بحثه على عينة من أعضاء منظمات المجتمع المدني وكذلك عينة من أعضاء المنظمات الدولية؛ وذلك لتعرف واقع الدور الذي يقوم به كل من هذين النوعين من المنظمات إزاء تطوير الخدمات التعليمية للكبار في مصر. وتوصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج منها أن: الوزن النسبي لاستجابات أفراد العينة كلهم على أبعاد المحور الأول من استبانة دور منظمات المجتمع المدني في تطوير الخدمات التعليمية للكبار واقع دور منظمات المجتمع المدني في تطوير الخدمات التعليمية للكبار" تراوح بين (٠,٧٥) كحد أقصى للبعد الأول "الدور التربوي" وبين (۰,۷۰) كحد أدنى للبعد الثاني الدور الاقتصادي" وبدون فارق دال إحصائيا بين فئتي العينة، وبدرجة تحقق إيجابية. الوزن النسبي لاستجابات أفراد العينة كلهم على أبعاد المحور الأول من استبانة دور منظمات المجتمع الدولي في تطوير الخدمات التعليمية للكبار واقع دور منظمات المجتمع الدولي في تطوير الخدمات التعليمية للكبار تراوح بين (۰,۷۳۱) كحد أقصى للبعد الأول "الدور التربوي" وبين (٠,٦٥٠) كحد أدنى للبعد الثاني الدور الاقتصادي"، وبدرجة تحقق متوسطة. واختتم البحث بتقديم تصور مقترح لتفعيل دور منظمات المدني ومنظمات المجتمع الدولي في تطوير الخدمات التعليمية للكبار في مصر في ضوء نتائج الدراسة.

- The research aimed to identify the role of the civil society organizations and the international organizations in the developing educational services for adults, to know experiences of some developed countries in the fields of adult education, and to develop a proposed vision to activate this role. To achieve this, the descriptive approach was used for its suitability to the nature of the research. The researcher applied his research tool on a sample of members of civil society organizations as well as a sample of members of international organizations. This is to know the reality of the role played by each of these two types of organizations in the development of educational services for adults in Egypt. The research reached a set of results, including: - The relative weight of all respondents' responses to the aspects of the first dimension of the questionnaire of the role of civil society organizations in developing educational services for adults, "the reality of the role of civil society organizations in developing educational services for adults," ranged between (0.75) as a maximum for the first aspect, "the educational role," and between (0.70). as a minimum for the second aspect, "the economic role", without a statistically significant difference between the two sample categories, and with a positive degree of verification. - The relative weight of all respondents' responses to the aspects of the first dimension of the questionnaire of the role of international community organizations in developing educational services for adults, "the reality of the role of international community organizations in developing educational services for adults," ranged between (0.731) as a maximum for the first aspect, "the educational role" and between (0.650) as a minimum for the second aspect, "the economic role", with a medium verification score. - The research concluded by presenting a proposed vision to activate the role of civil organizations and international community organizations in developing educational services for adults in Egypt in the light of the results of the study.
