المستخلص: الفن الإفريقي فن متميز بذاته وله طابعه الخاص كغيره من الفنون، وتأثر به رواد الفن الحديث أمثال بيكاسو وبراك، ولقد جمعت الفنون الأفريقية بين مجموعة من القيم العقائدية والمادية والرمزية المتداخلة باستخدام خامات متنوعة ترتبط ارتباطا وثيقا بالطقوس الوثنية. والفنون الأفريقية تحمل جميع صفات ومقومات العمل الفني الجيد من القيم التعبيرية والتنظيمية والخطية واللونية والرمزية، ومن خصائص هذه الفنون المبالغة والحذف والتسطيح والتجريد واستخدام الرموز بكثرة- حيث أن لكل قبيلة طوطم خاص- وكان للتكرار أثره الواضح حيث يستمتع الفنان الأفريقي من تكرار الوحدة، ويكررها المرة بعد المرة، مكونا تشكيلا جماليا يثري الأسطح، كما أن من خصائص هذه الفنون التعبير المباشر دون عمل فكرة أو تخطيط مسبق، مما يعطيه حيوية للعمل الفني، وكل هذه القيم كانت تؤدي ببساطة لكنها تعكس الوحدات والعناصر الزخرفية في البيئة الأفريقية حيث كان لمعتقد وضع بعض الحيوانات في التشكيل كالتمساح مثلا أثر واضح، وكذلك مظاهر الكون من شمس وقمر ونجوم شملت هذه الخصائص جل أو كل الفنون مما يجعلها منهلا عذبا يمكن الاستفادة منه في تشكيل الزجاج أو إعادة تشكيله. ويفتقر الفن الأفريقي لفن الزجاج من الرسم عليه وتلوينه وتشكيله، ولكن في العصر الحالي فقد نفذ بعض الفنانين نماذج من الفن الأفريقي على خامة الزجاج سواء بالرسم عليه، أو بصهره، أو بالنحت على الزجاج وغيرة من تقنيات الزجاج المعروفة. والزجاج بما له من إمكانيات عالية مادة وخامة وتشكيلا بطرق وأساليب إنتاج متعددة، يمكن أن يؤدي دورا إيجابيا باستلهام مجموعة من التصاميم لمنتجات زجاجية ذات الصفة الفنية والتقنية المحملة بالموروث الثقافي الأفريقي للقطعة الواحدة عالية القيمة، وذلك يساعد على فتح أسواق في هذه القارة من خلال الخصائص الفنية والتي تتقبلها هذه الشعوب.

African art is a distinct art by itself and has its own character like other arts, and it was influenced by the pioneers of modern art such as Picasso and Braque. African arts have combined a set of intertwined ideological, material and symbolic values using various materials closely related to pagan rituals. And African arts bear all the qualities and ingredients of a good artistic work of expressive, organizational, linear, color and symbolic values, and among the characteristics of these arts are exaggeration, deletion, flatness, abstraction and the use of symbols in abundance- as each tribe has a special totem- and repetition had a clear impact as the African artist enjoys repeating unity, and repeats it again After the time, creating an aesthetic formation that enriches the surfaces, and one of the characteristics of these arts is direct expression without making an idea or prior planning, which gives it vitality to the artwork, and all these values were performed simply, but they reflected the units and decorative elements in the African environment, where the belief of placing some animals In the formation, such as the crocodile, for example, a clear effect, as well as the manifestations of the universe from the sun, moon and stars. These characteristics included most or all of the arts, making it a sweet source that can be used in forming or reshaping glass. African art lacks the art of glass in terms of painting, coloring and shaping it, but in the current era, some artists have implemented models of African art on raw glass, whether by painting on it, by melting it, or by carving on glass and other well-known glass techniques. And glass, with its high potential as a material, raw, and forming in multiple ways and production methods, can play a positive role by inspiring a group of designs for artistic and technical glass products loaded with the African cultural heritage for one piece of high value, and this helps to open markets in this continent through artistic characteristics which these peoples accept.
