هدفت الدراسة إلى تقويم دور الإدارة المدرسية الثانوية الحكومية بمدينة الدوادمي في تنمية العمل التطوعي لدى طالباتها من وجهة نظر معلماتها، واستخدم فيها المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وطبقت أداة الدراسة (الاستبانة) على عينة بلغت ۱۸۸ معلمة، وأتت أهم نتائج الدراسة مبينة أن واقع دور الإدارة المدرسية الثانوية الحكومية بمدينة الدوادمي في تنمية العمل التطوعي لدى طالباتها جاء بدرجة موافقة وبمتوسط حسابي بلغ ( ٣,٨٤) ونالت عبارة تحفز الإدارة المدرسية طالباتها على المشاركة في المناسبات التطوعية مثل (أسبوع الشجرة، اليوم العالمي للتطوع، ...) على أعلى مرتبة في هذا المحور، وأظهرت النتائج أن أفراد الدراسة موافقون على ما ذكر في عبارات المعوقات التي تحد من دور الإدارة المدرسية الثانوية الحكومية بمدينة الدوادمي في تنمية العمل التطوعي لدى طالباتها، حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي العام (۳,۷۳) وأتت في المرتبة الأولى عبارة قلة المخصصات المالية الخاصة بالأنشطة التطوعية في المدرسة، أما المقترحات التي تسهم في تفعيل دور الإدارة المدرسية الثانوية الحكومية بمدينة الدوادمي في تنمية العمل التطوعي لدى طالباتها فبلغ متوسطها الحسابي (٤,٠٧)، وجاء بدرجة موافقة، وكانت أعلى عبارة في المحور رفع مستوى ثقافة العمل التطوعي من خلال البرامج التوعوية التي تقدمها الإدارة المدرسية، وقدمت الدراسة عددًا من التوصيات كان أبرزها تكثيف البرامج والدورات والورش والمحاضرات التي تسهم في تنمية العمل التطوعي، والحث على توظيف التكنولوجيا ووسائل الاتصال الحديثة من قبل إدارة المدرسة الثانوية؛ لتفعيل دورها في ذلك.
This study attempted to evaluate the role of the government secondary school administration in the city of Dawadmi in developing voluntary work among students from the teachers’ perspectives. The descriptive survey approach is used and a questionnaire is distributed on a sample of (188) female teachers. The findings of the study showed significantly that the reality of assessing the role of government secondary school administration in Dawadmi city in developing volunteer work is highly agreed by the respondents (M= 3.84). The statement that the school administration motivates its students to participate in voluntary events such as (Tree Week, International Volunteer Day,...) got the highest rank in this section. The results also showed that the participants agreed with the statements of obstacles that limit the role of the government secondary school administration in the city of Dawadmi in developing volunteer work among students with a mean score (3.73), and the statement that concerns the lack of financial allocations for voluntary activities in the school came in the first rank. As for the proposals that contribute to activating the role of the government secondary school administration in the city of Dawadmi in developing voluntary work among students, it is highly agreed by the respondents with a mean score is (4.07). The highest-rated statement in this section is the statement about raising the level of volunteer work culture through awareness programs provided by the school administration. The study presented a number of recommendations, the most prominent of which are the intensification of programs, courses, workshops, and lectures that contribute to the development of volunteer work and urging the use of technology and modern means of communication by the secondary school administration to enhance its role in this regard.
