المستخلص: أضحت مسألة التجديد في الخطاب الديني وآلياته من اهم وأبرز المسائل المطروحة اليوم على الساحة الدينية والفكرية والاجتماعية والسياسية والإعلامية العربية، حيث نتج عن تلك المسالة العديد من الحوارات والمخاطبات والمناقشات بسبب سوء الفهم الحاصل بين مفهوم تجديد الخطاب الديني بما يتناسب مع روح العصر من دون المساس بثوابت وأصول الدين الإسلامي من جهة، وبين بعض الأكاذيب التي استغلت دعوة تجديد الخطاب الديني لكي تبث بعض الأفكار المشوشة التي تهدف لتغيير مضمون الدين ذاته لجهلها أو للخلط بين مفهوم الخطاب الديني الذي ينتجه البشر ومفهوم الخطاب الديني الإلهي، وهذا الأخير لا يمكن المساس به على خلاف الخطاب البشري الذي يمكن أن يتجدد ويتغير من شكل إلى آخر. لقد كان ظهور مصطلح الخطاب الديني نتاجاً وإفرازا طبيعياً للاتجاه السائد في الساحة الفكرية والذي كان همه تغيير بعض المفردات والمصطلحات القديمة واستبدالها بغيرها جديدة تتلاءم مع مفردات الواقع والعصر المعاش، وبناء على ذلك فقد ارتأى الباحث أن يتطرق إلى موضوع تجديد الخطاب الديني الذي يمر به المجتمعات الإنسانية ومنها مجتمعنا العربي والإسلامي وهذا التجديد وضرورته عند المفكر المصري المعاصر نصر حامد أبو زيد. ولذلك فقد قسمت الدراسة إلى عدة محاور إذ سيبحث المحور الأول في مفهوم الخطاب الديني أما المحور الثاني فسيبحث في آليات الخطاب الديني، المحور الثالث فسيبحث في ضرورات تجديد الخطاب الديني هذا فضلا عن المقدمة والخاتمة وبعض التوصيات التي خرجت بها الدراسة.

The issue of renewal in religious discourse and its mechanisms has become one of the most important and prominent issues raised today in the religious, intellectual, social, political and media arena of the Arabs, as this issue resulted in many dialogues, correspondence and discussions due to the misunderstanding between the concept of renewing religious discourse in proportion to the spirit of the times without prejudice to the constants and principles of the Islamic religion on the one hand, and some lies that exploited the call for the renewal of religious discourse in order to broadcast some confused ideas To change the content of religion itself because of its ignorance or to confuse the concept of religious discourse produced by humans with the concept of divine religious discourse, the latter cannot be touched, unlike human discourse, which can be renewed and changed from one form to another. The emergence of the term religious discourse was a product and a natural excretion of the prevailing trend in the intellectual arena, which was concerned with changing some of the old vocabulary and terms and replacing them with new ones that fit with the vocabulary of reality and the lived era, and accordingly, the researcher decided to address the subject of renewing the religious discourse experienced by human societies, including our Arab and Islamic society, and this renewal and its necessity when the contemporary Egyptian thinker Nasr Hamid Abu Zeid. Therefore, the study has been divided into several axes, as the first axis will discuss the concept of religious discourse, the second axis will look at the mechanisms of religious discourse, the third axis will examine the necessities of renewing religious discourse, as well as the introduction, conclusion and some recommendations that came out of the study.
