|a تنقسم الدراسة لثلاث مباحث محورية، المبحث الأول الذي يعتبر المدخل التمهيدي للدراسة يتناول تطور مفهوم حقوق الإنسان كما يعرفنا بالمصطلحات المرتبطة بمفهوم حقوق الإنسان، ويتناول أجيال حقوق الإنسان التي تدرج نحوها المفهوم المعاصر لحقوق الإنسان كما جاء في الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان. المبحث الثاني يتناول مفهوم المنظمات الحقوقية في مصر ويقسمها إلى، منظمات حقوقية دولية مثل هيومن رايتس وواتش ومنظمة العفو الدولية، ومنظمات حقوقية إقليمية مثل المنظمة العربية لحقوق الإنسان ومنظمة الأورومتوسطية لحقوق الإنسان، والمنظمات الحقوقية القومية في مصر مثل المنظمة المصرية لحقوق الإنسان والمجلس القومي لحقوق الإنسان على سبيل المثال لا الحصر. المبحث الثالث يتناول دور منظمات حقوق الإنسان في مصر وتقييم نشاطها، فيبدأ بالدور المفترض للمنظمات الحقوقية ومقارنته بنشاطها الفعلي في مصر ثم تقييم هذا النشاط لمعرفة مدى التزامها ببرامجها المعلنة أو حيادها لأجندات خارجية تتحكم في هذا الدور ورأي الباحث في هذا النشاط، ثم تأتي نتائج البحث والتوصيات المقدمة.
|b The study is divided into three pivotal sections. The first section, which is considered the preliminary introduction to the study, deals with the development of the concept of human rights as it introduces us to the terms associated with the concept of human rights, and deals with the generations of human rights towards which the contemporary concept of human rights is incorporated as stated in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. The second topic deals with the concept of human rights organizations in Egypt and divides them into international human rights organizations such as Human Rights Watch and Amnesty International, regional human rights organizations such as the Arab Organization for Human Rights and the Euro-Mediterranean Organization for Human Rights, and national human rights organizations in Egypt such as the Egyptian Organization for Human Rights and the National Council for Human Rights, to name a few. The third topic deals with the role of human rights organizations in Egypt, evaluating their activities. It starts with the assumed role of human rights organizations and compares it with their actual activities in Egypt, then evaluates this activity to see the extent of their commitment to their declared programs or their neutrality to external agendas that control this role and the opinion of the researcher in this activity. Then the results come. Research and recommendations made.
