المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى قياس أثر التمويل عن طريق الأوراق المالية على جودة التقارير المالية وكفاءة القرارات الاستثمارية، بالتطبيق على عينة من الشركات المدرجة في سوق الأوراق المالية المصرية مكونة من عدد 40 شركة الأكثر نشاطا في البورصة المصرية لمدة 7 سنوات متصلة خلال الفترة من 2012 إلى 2019 واعتمدت الدراسة على أسلوب تحليل البيانات المدرجة بالقوائم والتقارير المالية لعينة الدراسة واستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية الوصفية، والأساليب الإحصائية الاستدلالية لاختبار فروض الدراسة اعتمادا على الحزمة الإحصائية لبرنامج التحليل الإحصائي (SPSS) إصدار 2020، وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن هناك أثر إيجابي لجودة التقارير المالية على كفاءة القرارات الاستثمارية، وتأثير إيجابي للتمويل عن طريق الأوراق المالية على كل من جودة التقارير المالية وكفاءة القرارات الاستثمارية، بالإضافة إلى فاعلية الإطار المقترح لقياس أثر التمويل عن طريق الأوراق المالية على جودة التقارير المالية وكفاءة القرارات الاستثمارية وإمكانية تحسينه من خلال إدخال بعض المتغيرات الأخرى مستقلة كانت أم رقابية، وفي ضوء تلك النتائج كان من أهم التوصيات أن تراعي الشركات عند تطبيق هذا الإطار الاختيار الموضوعي للفترات المالية محل التقييم، تخفيض تكلفة التمويل عن طريق الأوراق المالية إلى أقل حد ممكن إضافة متغيرات تتعلق بمؤشرات أداء أسواق المال للإطار يحسن من فاعليته، وزيادة الإفصاحات المتعلقة بالإنفاق الاستثماري الرأسمالي والتدفقات النقدية التشغيلية.

The study aimed to measure the impact of financing through securities on the quality of financial reports and the efficiency of investment decisions, by applying to a sample of companies listed on the Egyptian stock market consisting of 40 companies most active in the Egyptian Stock Exchange for a period of 7 consecutive years during the period from 2012 to 2019. The study relied on the method of analyzing the data included in the lists and financial reports of the study sample and the use of descriptive statistical methods, and inferential statistical methods to test the hypotheses of the study depending on the statistical package of the statistical analysis program (SPSS) 2020 edition, and the results of the study showed that there is a positive impact of the quality of financial reports on the efficiency of investment decisions, and a positive impact of financing through securities on both the quality of financial reports and the efficiency of investment decisions, in addition to the effectiveness of the proposed framework for measuring the impact of financing through securities. Finance on the quality of financial reports and the efficiency of investment decisions and the possibility of improving it through the introduction of some other variables, whether independent or supervisory, and in light of these results, one of the most important recommendations was that companies take into account when applying this framework the objective selection of the financial periods under evaluation, reducing the cost of financing through securities To the minimum extent possible, adding variables related to financial market performance indicators to the framework improves its effectiveness, and increasing disclosures related to capital investment spending and operating cash flows.
