المستخلص: استهدفت الدراسة التعرف على متطلبات توظيف تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في صنع القرار بوزارة التعليم، والكشف عن وجود اختلافات في استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة تعزى للمتغيرات الآتية: الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، وعدد أعوام الخبرة في وكالة التخطيط والتطوير بوزارة التعليم، وطبيعة العمل، والتخصص العلمي. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة؛ استخدم المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وطبقت الاستبانة على جميع موظفي وموظفات وكالة التخطيط والتطوير بوزارة التعليم، وعددهم (471) بأسلوب الحصر الشامل، صح منها (251) استجابة، وطبقت المقابلة على (11) من خبراء الوكالة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج، من أهمها ما يلي: متطلبات توظيف تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي بمستوى مرتفع بمتوسط (36.3)، كما أن أبرز متطلبات توظيف تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في صنع القرار بالوزارة تمثلت في المتطلبات المادية بمتوسط (17.3)، يليه المتطلبات الإدارية بمتوسط (06.3)، وأخيراً جاءت المتطلبات البشرية بمتوسط (95.3). وكذلك أظهرت النتائج أنه لا توجد اختلافات في استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حيال المتطلبات المادية والإدارية والبشرية باختلاف جنس المستجيب، أو مؤهله التعليمي، أو تخصصه العلمي، أو عدد أعوام خبرته، أو طبيعة العمل الذي يقوم به. كما توصلت الدراسة لعدد من المقترحات الإدارية، والمادية، والبشرية؛ لتوظيف تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في صنع القرار بالوزارة، وبعض التوصيات التي تسهم في الاستفادة من تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي.

The study aimed to identify the requirements for employing artificial intelligence applications in decision- making at the Ministry of Education, and to reveal the presence of statistically significant differences in the responses of the study sample members about the degree of availability of requirements for employing artificial intelligence applications in decision-making at the Ministry of Education due to the following variables: gender, academic qualification, number of years of experience in the planning and Development agency of the Ministry, nature of work, and scientific specialization. To achieve the objectives of the study; descriptive survey design was used, and the questionnaire was applied to all (174) employees of the Planning and Development Deputyship at the Ministry of Education, by total population sampling method, of which (152) were correct, and the interview was applied to (11) of the agency’s experts. The main research findings included the following: The domain of the requirements for employing artificial intelligence applications came at an average level of (3.63). Also, the most prominent requirements for employing artificial intelligence applications in decision-making at the Ministry of Education were the material requirements dimension with an average of (3.71), followed by the dimension of administrative requirements with an average of (3.60), and finally the dimension of human requirements came with an average of (3.59). The results also showed that there are no statistically significant differences in the responses of the study sample members about the degree of availability of requirements for employing artificial intelligence applications in decision-making at the Ministry of Education, according to the following variables: gender, academic qualification, number of years of experience in the planning agency, nature of work, and scientific specialization. The study also found several administrative, material, and human proposals; To employ artificial intelligence applications in decision- making at the Ministry of Education, and some recommendations that contribute to benefiting from artificial intelligence applications.
