المستخلص: This research paper clarifies the concept “Determination of the areas of conflict in controversial issues” and applying them on jurisprudential controversial issues in the Principles of Islamic Law. - The research comes up with a group of results, the most important among them is mentioning the chosen opinion in identifying “Determining the areas of conflict in controversial issues” which is to sort out the issues over which there is a scholarly contention from others of unanimous agreement among the scholars that have things in common. - This paper provides a safe haven both from juristic disagreeing over issues of scholarly unanimous agreement and using juristic evidences in other than areas of scholarly contention. - This research is concluded with developing a group of legal classifications for determining the areas of conflict in a manner that guarantees the validity of the procedures applied for these areas. Furthermore, this paper accommodates the jurisprudential disagreement and activates evidences and legal contexts in controlling controversial issues.
