المستخلص: تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى تعزيز قيم المواطنة لمواجهة النزاعات المجتمعية المحيطة بالمجتمع المدرسي لدى عينة من طلاب الحلقة الثانية من التعليم الأساسي، وبالتالي فإن جهود طريقة العمل مع الجماعات من خلال برنامج التدخل المهني في هذه الدراسة تسعى إلى تحقيق هدف رئيس هو "تعزيز قيم المواطنة للتخفيف من حدة النزاعات المجتمعية لدى عينة من طلاب الحلقة الثانية من التعليم الأساسي، وهي دراسة تجريبية واعتمدت على المنهج التجريبي باستخدام ما يعرف بالتجربة القبلية البعدية باستخدام مجموعة تجريبية واحدة المجتمع البشري لهذه الدراسة يتكون من عينة من طلاب الصف الثالث الإعدادي بمدرسة الغريزات الإعدادية بنين بسوهاج وعددهم (15)، وكان من أهم نتائج الدراسة الحالية وجود علاقة إيجابية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين برنامج التدخل المهني لطريقة العمل مع الجماعات باستخدام جماعات المهام وتعزيز قيم المواطنة للتخفيف من حدة النزاعات المجتمعية المحيطة بالمجتمع المدرسي نتيجة التدخل المهني المعتمد على جماعات المهام وذلك من خلال تحليل وتفسير أداة البحث القبلية والبعدية للدراسة، ويتضح ذلك من خلال الآتي: وجود ثمة فروق جوهرية بين استجابات أداة البحث القبلية والبعدية الخاص باستخدام برنامج التدخل المهني في طريقة العمل مع الجماعات من خلال جماعات المهام في بعد طبيعة النزاعات المجتمعية لصالح القياس البعدي، وجود ثمة فروق جوهرية بين استجابات أداة البحث القبلية والبعدية الخاص باستخدام برنامج التدخل المهني في طريقة العمل مع الجماعات من خلال جماعات المهام في بعد الأسباب (الدينية، العرقية والطائفية، الاجتماعية، السياسية، الأمنية) لحدوث النزاعات المجتمعية لصالح القياس البعدي، وجود ثمة فروق جوهرية بين استجابات أداة البحث القبلية والبعدية الخاص باستخدام برنامج التدخل المهني في طريقة العمل مع الجماعات من خلال جماعات المهام في بعد خطورة هذه النزاعات على طبيعة البناء الاجتماعي وقيم المواطنة لصالح القياس.

The current study aims to Strengthen the values of citizenship to confront the societal conflicts surrounding the school community For a sample of students in the second cycle of basic education, Thus, the efforts of the method of working with groups through the vocational intervention program in this study seek to achieve a main goal, which is " Strengthen the values of citizenship to mitigate societal conflicts For a sample of students in the second cycle of basic education, which is an experimental study and relied on the experimental approach using what is known as the pre-post experience using one experimental group, The human population for this study consists of a sample of third year preparatory students at Al-Ghoraizat Preparatory School for Boys in Sohag, and their number is (15), One of the most important results of the current study was the existence of a statistically significant positive relationship between the professional intervention program for the method of working with groups using task groups and the promotion of citizenship values to mitigate the severity of societal conflicts surrounding the school community, As a result of the professional intervention based on task groups, through the analysis and interpretation of the pre and post research tool of the study, this is evident through the following: There are substantial differences between the pre and post research tool responses for using the professional intervention program in the way of working with groups through task groups in dimension of the nature of societal conflicts in favor of post-measurement, There are significant differences between the responses of the pre and post research tool for using the professional intervention program in the method of working with groups through task groups in the dimension of the reasons (religious, ethnic and sectarian, social, political, security) for the occurrence of societal conflicts in favor of the post measurement, and there are essential differences Between the responses of the pre and post research tool using the professional intervention program in the method of working with groups through task groups in the dimension of the seriousness of these conflicts on the nature of social construction and citizenship values in favor of post measurement.
