|a الهدف من هذه الدراسة معرفة أثر تقلبات سعر الصرف على ميزان المدفوعات في السودان (2011-2020). تتمثل مشكلة الدراسة في الإجابة على السؤال التالي ما هو أثر تقلبات سعر الصرف على ميزان المدفوعات في السودان؟ أهمية الدراسة: تنشأ الأهمية العلمية في أن هذه الدراسة تشكل محاولة لإضافة علمية، لفائدة الكتاب والطلاب والباحثين في مجال سعر الصرف. تأتي الأهمية العملية في أن نتائج وتوصيات الدراسة يمكن أن تفيد المهتمين والمختصين والمسئولين متخذي السياسات والقرارات. تفترض الدراسة أن هناك علاقة طردية بين سعر الصرف متغير مستقل وميزان المدفوعات "متغير تابع". اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي لتحليل البيانات. أهم النتائج: انفصال جنوب السودان وخروج البترول من الموازنة العامة للدولة أدى إلى ضعف الصادرات مما انعكس ذلك على عجز في الميزان التجاري. أهم التوصيات: منع المضاربة في العملة الوطنية، وذلك بتضافر كافة الجهود من أجل محاربة التلاعب بالعملة والمضاربة في العملات الأجنبية.
|b The aim of this study is to know the effect of exchange rate fluctuations on the balance of payments in Sudan (2011-2020). The problem of the study is to answer the following question: What is the impact of exchange rate fluctuations on the balance of payments in Sudan? The importance of the study: The scientific importance arises in that this study constitutes an attempt to add a scientific one, for the benefit of writers, students and researchers in the field of the exchange rate. The practical importance comes in that the results and recommendations of the study can benefit the stakeholders, specialists and officials who make policies and decisions. The study assumes that there is a direct relationship between the exchange rate as an independent variable and the balance of payments "dependent variable". The study adopted the descriptive and analytical approach to analyze the data by using (spss16). The most important results: the secession of South Sudan and the exit of oil from the state budget led to weak exports, which was reflected in a deficit in the trade balance. the most important recommendations: Preventing speculation in the national currency, by combining all efforts to combat currency manipulation and speculation in foreign currencies.
