|a هدفت الدراسة إلى تبيان الأهمية المتزايدة للمؤسسات الناشئة في ظل إمكانية تجزئة الأعمال والاستثمارات في السوق، بسبب التطور الحاصل في التكنولوجيا والتمويل المصغر، والخروج من الهياكل الضخمة الضرورية لإنشاء مؤسسة إلى فضاء افتراضي يحتاج إلى حاسوب وطاولة، ما أتاح إمكانية تقديم خدمات وسلع مبتكرة، بالإضافة إلى باقي المجالات الأخرى. بينت الدراسة أهمية التوجه للمؤسسات الناشئة الصغيرة والمصغرة لتحقيق التنويع الاقتصادي، نظرا لسرعة الإنشاء وقلة التكاليف وبساطة الهيكل التنظيمي، ومحدودية الهيئات الإدارية، وصغير المبالغ المالية المطلوبة للتنفيذ، ووجود السوق القادرة على استيعاب المنتجات. غير أن إمكانية فشل هذه المؤسسات موجودة وبقوة، لكن ذلك لم يكن عائقا أمام استمرارية إنشاء هذه المؤسسات، لتكون دعامة أساسية للتنويع الاقتصادي، كاستراتيجية تبنتها الجزائر في السنوات الأخيرة، وعلى قصر المدة، استطاعت هذه المؤسسات الظهور بشكل إيجابي مشجع خاصة في فترة جائحة كرونا.
|b The study aimed to show the increasing importance of emerging enterprises in light of the possibility of fragmentation of business and investments in the market, due to the development taking place in technology and microfinance, and the exit from the huge structures necessary to establish an enterprise to a virtual space that needs a computer and a table, which made it possible to provide innovative services and goods, In addition to other areas. The study showed the importance of turning to small and micro-enterprises to achieve economic diversification, due to the speed of establishment, low costs, simplicity of the organizational structure, limited administrative bodies, small amounts of money required for implementation, and the existence of a market capable of absorbing products. However, the possibility of failure of these institutions exists and strongly, but that was not an obstacle to the continuity of the establishment of these institutions, to be a basic pillar of economic diversification, as a strategy adopted by Algeria in recent years, and in a short period of time, these institutions were able to appear in a positive and encouraging way, especially in the period of the Corona pandemic.
