يتناول البحث الحديث عن الرقابة على البيئة الطبيعية في السنة النبوية، فيعرف البيئة، ثم يبين أهمية الرقابة على البيئة في الشريعة الإسلامية، ويوضح مجالات الرقابة على البيئة الطبيعية في السنة النبوية، ويستعرض البحث إجراءات الرقابة على البيئة الطبيعية في السنة النبوية، ومن نتائج البحث: ١- اهتم النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم بالرقابة على البيئة الأرضية في عهده، سواء الرقابة الوقائية، أو الرقابة العلاجية، ووضع صلى الله عليه وسلم نظاما شرعيا؛ لحماية الثروة النباتية، ٢- سن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم مجموعة من الأسس؛ للحفاظ على البيئة المائية، مبينا خطورة الإسراف في الماء، والنهي عن تلويثه بأي شكل؛ لأن في ذلك إفسادا لحياة الناس، وإيذاء لهم؛ لما يترتب عليه من انتشار للأمراض والأوبئة، 3- اهتمت السنة النبوية بالحيوان، وأولته عناية كبيرة بالمحافظة عليه من الاعتداء عليه بغير حق، والأمر بالرفق به، والإحسان إليه، وسن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم الأنظمة الشرعية التي تضمن حماية الحيوان، فالإسلام دين سماحة ورحمة أعطى لكل حقه، والحيوان عنصر مهم لبناء الحياة، فهو جزء من النظام الطبيعي، ومن التوصيات: تضافر الجهود في حماية البيئة، وأن مسؤولية البيئة والحفاظ عليها منوطة بكل فرد، فقد عد النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم إماطة الأذى عن الطريق من شعب الإيمان.
The research examined the Hadith narrated about caring for the natural environment in the Prophetic Sunnah. Moreover, it defined what is meant by „the environment' and highlighted the importance of caring for the environment in light of Islamic Shariah law. It also identified different aspects of caring for the natural environment in the Prophetic Sunnah. Further, the research reviewed the measures that were taken for preserving the natural environment in the Prophet's Sunnah and it reached a number of results, such as: 1- The Prophet paid special attention to preserving the terrestrial environment and caring for it during his reign, whether preventive or curative care and he set a number of Shariah rules for the protection of plants. 2- The Prophet set some rules for preserving the aquatic environment, stressing the danger of wasting water and prohibited polluting water in any way, because that would spoil people's lives and harm them as polluted water may result in spreading diseases and epidemics. 3- Prophet's Sunnah paid great attention to animals and gave them great care in order to protect them from abuse and to treat animals with kindness, and the Prophet set some Shariah rules that guarantee protecting animals and caring for them. Islam is a religion of peace, mercy and kindness and the Prophet (PBUH) encouraged us, Muslims, to be kind and merciful to every creature and give them their rights. Animals are an important element for building a balanced life, as they are part of the natural ecosystem. The research made some recommendations, such as: enhancing the efforts made for protecting the environment and raising awareness that preserving the environment is the responsibility of all individuals; as the Prophet (PBUH) considered removing something harmful from the road is a branch of faith.
