المستخلص: يهدف موضوع البحث: ضرورة حفظ العقل والنسل والمال دراسة تطبيقية في القصص القرآني إلى إبراز العلاقة الوثيقة بين مقاصد الشريعة ومصدرها الأساس، وهو القرآن الكريم، مع إبراز دور القصص القرآني في الضرورات الثلاث- محل البحث – وقد عرض الباحث لهذا الموضوع من خلال دراسة نظرية المقاصد الشريعة وأقسامها باعتبارات متعددة، ومن ثم اختيار نماذج من قصص القرآن الكريم تتضمن حفظ ضرورة العقل والنسل والمال، وقد توصل الباحث إلى أن حفظ الضروريات والكليات المعتبرة من أهم الأمور التي قررها كتاب الله تعالى في ثنايا أخباره وأحكامه، وأن القصص القرآني جاء مقررا لحفظ الضروريات ومؤكدا عليها، ومن ذلك حفظ العقل، وحفظ النسل، وحفظ المال، وأن لهذا الحفظ جانبان في الشريعة جانب من حيث الوجود بما يقيم أركان تلك الكليات ويثبت قواعدها، وجانب من حيث العدم بما يدرأ عنها الاختلال والفساد، ويرفع عنها الانخرام الواقع أو المتوقع فيها، وأوصى الباحث بالاهتمام بمجال القصص القرآني من حيث الدراسات والأبحاث خصوصا ما يتعلق منها بالدراسات الأصولية والمقاصدية.

This research titled “the necessity of preserving the mind, breed and money, is an applied study in the Qur’anic stories” aims to highlight the close relationship between the objectives of Shariah, and its main source, which is the Holy Qur’an, while highlighting the role of Qur’anic stories in the three necessities in question. The researcher presented this topic through a theory of the objectives of Shariah and its divisions with various considerations, then choosing models from the stories of the Noble Qur’an that include preserving the necessity of the mind, breed and money, and the researcher has concluded that preserving the necessities is one of the most important matters decided by the Book of God Almighty in the folds of its stories and provisions, and that the Qur’anic stories came to preserve the necessities and emphasizing them, and this includes preserving the mind, breed, and money, and that this preservation has two aspects in the Sharia, and that this preservation has two aspects in the Sharia: one in terms of existence, in which it establishes the pillars of those aspects, and establishes their foundations, and another in terms of non-existence, in that it prevents them from imbalance and corruption, and removes from them the actual or expected insincerity in them. The researcher recommended paying attention to the field of Quranic stories in terms of studies and research, especially with regard to judicial and intentional studies.
