المستخلص: استهدفت الدراسة قياس مستوى توافر ريادة الأعمال بأبعادها (التفكير الريادي، الإبداع والابتكار، المخاطرة، المبادرة والثقافة الريادية)، وقياس مستوى توافر التنمية المستدامة بأبعادها: (التنمية الاقتصادية، التنمية الاجتماعية، والتنمية البيئية) في مصنع المكلا لتعليب الأسماك في محافظة حضرموت- اليمن، ثم قياس أثر ريادة الأعمال في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة في المصنع. وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم اختيار عينة قصدية بلغت (65) مديرا ورئيس قسم، كما تم استخدام الاستبانة لجمع المعلومات والبيانات. توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها: أن مستوى توافر ريادة الأعمال في المصنع كان مرتفعا، وكان أعلى أبعادها توافرا هو بعد التفكير الريادي بمستوى مرتفع أيضا، أما بعد الإبداع والابتكار كفان أدنى توافرا بمستوى متوسط، كما أظهرت الدراسة أن مستوى توافر التنمية المستدامة في المصنع كان مرتفعا، وكان أعلى أبعادها توافرا هو بعد التنمية الاقتصادية بمستوى مرتفع أيضا، في حين كان أدنى أبعادها توافرا هو بعد التنمية الاجتماعية بمستوى متوسط، وأثبتت الدراسة أنه يوجد أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية معنوية لريادة الأعمال في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة في مصنع المكلا لتعليب الأسماك. وقد أوصى الباحثون قيادة المصنع بنشر ثقافة ريادة الأعمال والتنمية المستدامة بين أوساط الموظفين، والمحافظة على المستويات المرتفعة التي حققها المصنع في ريادة الأعمال بأبعادها (التفكير الريادي، المخاطرة، المبادرة، الثقافة الريادية)، والعمل على رفع مستوى توافر بعد الإبداع والابتكار، وكذلك محافظة المصنع على المستويات المرتفعة من تحقيق (التنمية المستدامة ببعديها التنمية الاقتصادية والتنمية البيئية)، والعمل على رفع مستوى تحقيق التنمية الاجتماعية في المجتمع.

The study aimed to measure the level of availability and application of business entrepreneurship with its dimensions: (entrepreneurial thinking, creativity and innovation, risk-taking, initiative and entrepreneurial culture), to measure the level of availability of sustainable development with its dimensions: (economic, social, and environmental development) in Al- Mukalla Fish Canning Factory in the governorate of Hadramout- Yemen and then to measure the impact of business entrepreneurship in achieving sustainable development in the factory. The descriptive analytical approach was followed in this study, an intentional sample of (65) managers and department leaders was selected and a questionnaire was used to collect information and data. The study has a number of results; tire most important ones are that the level of availability of business entrepreneurship in the factory was high and tire highest availability of its dimensions was the dimension of entrepreneurial thinking at a high level while the dimensions of creativity and innovation were less available at an average level. The study also showed that the level of availability of sustainable development in the factory was high; its highest available dimension was the economic development dimension at a high level while the lowest available dimension was the social development dimension at a medium level. The study proved that there is a statistical significant impact of business entrepreneur ship in achieving sustainable development in the Mukalla Fish Canning Factory. The researchers recommended the leadership of the factory to spread the culture of business entrepreneurship and sustainable development among the employees and to maintain the high levels achieved by the factory in business entrepreneurship with its dimensions: (entrepreneurial thinking, risk-taking, initiative and entrepreneurial culture) and to work to raise the levels of availability of the creativity and innovation dimensions. It also recommended to make the factory maintaining the high levels of achieving sustainable development with its two dimensions: (economic development and environmental development) as well as to work to raise the level of achieving social development in society.
