موضوع هذا البحث المعنون بـ "التطبيقات الذكية في مناسك الحج والعمرة"؛ وقد اشتمل على مقدمة وتمهيد ومبحثين، وخاتمة؛ وقد تكلمت في التمهيد عن التعريف بمصطلحات هذا البحث، والتعريف بأهم التطبيقات التي تخدم فريضة الحج والعمرة، وقد جمعت في بحثي اثني عشر تطبيقا، ثم تكلمت في المبحث الأول عن مسألتين؛ وهي: حكم استخدام التطبيقات الذكية في مناسك الحج والعمرة، ومدى استفادة الحجاج والمعتمرين من التطبيقات الذكية الخاصة بمناسك الحج والعمرة. وتكلمت في المبحث الثاني عن تأثير استخدام التطبيقات الذكية في مناسك الحج والعمرة في ظروف جائحة كورونا، وفي تحديد المواقيت الزمانية والمكانية، وفي تعداد الأشواط في الطواف والسعي، وفي تحديد وقت الرمي، وفي تيسير أمر الدعاء أثناء المناسك. وختمت هذا البحث بأهم النتائج والتوصيات، وفهرس للمراجع التي اعتمدت عليها فيه، وفهرس آخر للموضوعات التي اشتمل عليها البحث.
The title of this research is "Using Smart Applications for the Rites of Hajj and 'Umrah". This research consists of an introduction, a preface, two chapters, and a conclusion. The introduction included a definition of the terms of this research, and the most important applications that serve the obligation of Hajj and 'Umrah. The research included twelve (12) applications. In the first chapter, the researcher mentioned two issues: the ruling on using smart applications in the rituals of Hajj and 'Umrah, and the extent to which Hajj and 'Umrah pilgrims benefit from smart applications related to the rituals of Hajj and 'Umrah. The second chapter deals with the impact of using smart applications on the rituals of Hajj and 'Umrah during the Corona pandemic (Covid-19). Also, it focuses on determining the temporal and spatial times, counting the runs in the TAWAF and SA'I (circumambulating or walking in circles around the House of Allah "Ka'aba" in an anti-clockwise motion), and determining the time of stoning the Jamaraat, and facilitating the remembrance and supplication of Allah during the rituals. This research concluded with the most important findings and recommendations, an index of the references that were relied upon this research, and another index of the topics included in the research.
