|a تهدف الدراسة إلى الوقوف على بيان حكم أداء أكثر من عمرة في سفرة واحدة، وقد حددت الدراسة في بحث مسألتين: حكم العمرة وفضلها، وبيان الحكم الفقهي في تكرار العمرة خلال سفرة واحدة، وقد انتهجا الباحثان في هذه الدراسة المنهج الاستقرائي من خلال استقراء نصوص الفقهاء وأقوالهم، وكذلك المنهج التحليلي، من خلال تحليل أقوال الفقهاء ومناقشتها والترجيح بينها وسببه، وكان من أهم نتائج الدراسة ما يلي: أن العمرة من مكفرات الذنوب، وأنها تمحو الفقر بنوعيه الحسي والمعنوي، كما انتهى البحث إلى أن الراجح من أقوال الفقهاء في حكم العمرة أنها سنة مؤكدة، وأن الرسول- صلى الله عليه وسلم- لم يعتمر سوى أربع عمرات، كما أشارت الدراسة إلى بيان أن الرسول- صلى الله عليه وسلم- لم يعتمر قط في شهر رجب، ووضحت أن ما يدعيه بعضهم من وجود فضل للعمرة في شهر رجب على غيرها لم يثبت في السنة، وكان من نتائج الدراسة أن العمرة مباحة في جميع أيام العام، وكان من نتائج الدراسة أن تكرار العمرة في السفرة الواحدة والموالاة بينها جائز شرعا، كما بينت الدراسة أن التطوع بالطواف أفضل من تكرار العمرة في سفرة واحدة، وكان من توصيات الدراسة ضرورة طاعة ولي الأمر فيما يراه من مصلحة مستحسنة لأداء العمرة، كما أوصت الدراسة بضرورة توعية المعتمرين بأحكام العمرة، ومراعاة الأحكام المتعلقة بالمسجد الحرام وتعظيمه، وعدم التدافع والتزاحم أثناء أداء مناسك العمرة.
|b The study aims to find out the ruling on performing more than one Umrah in one trip. The study focused on two issues: the ruling on Umrah and its merits, and the clarification of the jurisprudential ruling on repeating the Umrah during one trip. In this study, the researchers followed the inductive approach by extrapolating the texts and sayings of the jurists, as well as the analytical approach. By analyzing the sayings of the jurists, discussing them, and weighing them and their reason, the most significant results of the study were the following: the Umrah is one of the expiations for sins, and that it eliminates poverty in both its physical and spiritual forms. Moreover, the research also concluded that the most correct of the sayings of the jurists regarding the ruling on Umrah is that it is a confirmed Sunnah, and that the Messenger - may God bless him and grant him peace - did not perform Umrah except for four Umrahs. The study also referred to a statement that the Messenger - may God bless him and grant him peace - never performed Umrah in the month of Rajab. Furthermore, it clarified that what some claim about the existence of a virtue for performing Umrah in the month of Rajab over others was not proven in the Sunnah. Other results of the study were that the Umrah is permissible in all days of the year, and the repetition of the Umrah in one trip and the continuity between it is legally permissible. The study also showed that voluntary circumambulation is better than repeating the Umrah in one trip. One of the recommendations of the study was the need to obey the rules in what he deems a desirable interest to perform the Umrah. The study also recommended the necessity of educating pilgrims about the provisions of Umrah, taking into account the provisions related to the Grand Mosque and glorifying it, and not jostling and crowding while performing the rituals of Umrah.
