المستخلص: تأثرت لفظة البغي في القرآن الكريم بظروف فقهية واجتماعية ودينية أدت إلى تنوع دلالتها المعنوية وبالتالي أدى ذلك إلى تنوع إطلاق الأحكام لدى المفسرين من خلال اللغويين ما جعل النظرة متأنية إليها لدى الفقهاء؛ لذا عمدت هذه الدراسة إلى استنباط تلك الدلالات الخمس، من خلال الشواهد القرآنية بالاستئناس بالآيات القرآنية والأحاديث الشريفة ورأي علماء الشرع والفقه، فانطلق إلى المستويات الدلالية من دون التعرض للمستويات الصرفية، لتتمكن من الولوج إلى الحديث عن قضية وجيهة تتعلق بالفرقة الباغية التي انقسم الفقهاء بإزائها إلى قسمين: قسم يكفرها، وقسم يفسقها، وما بين الأمرين من نعتهم بأنهم مؤمنون باعتبار ما كانوا عليه من قبل. لتتخذ الدراسة موقفا من البغي في زماننا الحاضر انطلاقا من فقه الواقع، ولاسيما أن هذه القضية معضلة متكررة ومتطورة بتطور الظروف ما يجعل اللغويين يتخصصون في دراسة علم اللغة الاجتماعي، وهذه أهمية معالجة الموضوع وفق منهج حديث، بالعودة إلى المعاجم اللغوية القديمة.

The word oppression in the Holy Qur’an was affected by jurisprudential, social and religious circumstances that led to the diversification of its professional significance, and thus this led to the diversification of judgments among interpreters through linguists, which made a careful look at it among the jurists. With the Quranic verses, the noble hadiths, and the opinion of the scholars of Sharia and jurisprudence, then proceed to the semantic levels without going through the morphological levels, so that you can access the talk about a good issue related to the transgressive sect, against which the jurists were divided into two parts: a section that disbelieves it, and a section that deviates it, and what is between the two matters is calling them believers. As they were before. In order for the study to take a position on oppression in our present time, based on the jurisprudence of reality, especially since this issue is a recurring and evolving dilemma with the development of circumstances, which makes linguists specialize in the study of sociolinguistics, and this is the importance of addressing the subject according to a modern approach, by returning to the old linguistic dictionaries.
