المستخلص: تهدف الدراسة إلى بيان تشابه بين الاستدلال بالعلة والمعلول عند المناطقة والاستدلال بالعلة والمعلول عند الأصوليين، وأوضحت الدراسة أن الاستدلال عملية عقلية لا يمكن الوصول بها إلى النتيجة عند المناطقة بدون الرابطة أو ما يسمى بالحد الأوسط، وكذلك لا يمكن الوصول بالاستدلال عند الأصوليين إلى النتيجة بدون الجامع المشترك بينهما وهو ما يطلق عليه بالعلة. واستعرضت الدراسة مفهوم العلة والمعلول عند المناطقة والأصوليين، كما بينت أوجه التداخل الحاصل بين الاستدلال بالعلة والمعلول عند المناطقة والأصوليين والتي منها قياس العلة وقياس الدلالة، حيث سعى الأصوليون في مصنفاتهم إلى ضبط اصطلاحاتهم ومفاهيمهم ضبطا عميقا ودقيقا، وتأثر بعضهم في هذا المجال بالآليات المنطقية، وهذا لا ينفي خصوصية علم الأصول واستقلاليته المنهجية والمعرفية والاستدلالية، وعلى كونه من جوانب الإبداع الأصيل والفريد للعقل المسلم، ويقوم البحث على المناهج البحثية الآتية: التحليلي: وهو المنهج الذي سيقوم على تفكيك العناصر الأساسية للموضوعات محل البحث، والمنهج المقارن، حيث سيتم به مقارنة بين الاستدلال بالعلة والمعلول عند المناطقة والاستدلال بالعلة والمعلول عند الأصوليين، واستخراج أوجه التماثل والاختلاف فيما بينهما، والى أي مدى تأثر كل منهما بالآخر، ونتج عن البحث وجود علاقة وثيقة بين الاستدلال بالعلة والمعلول عند المناطقة والاستدلال بالعلة والمعلول عند الأصوليين، كما تبين أن قياس العلة عند الأصوليين هو برهان اللم عند المناطقة، وقياس الدلالة عند الأصوليين هو برهان الإنى عند المناطقة، وأن ما يسمى بالرابطة (الحد الأوسط) عند المناطقة هو الجامع المشترك (العلة) عند الأصوليين، وكذلك أن الاطراد في قياس العلة عند الأصوليين هو طريقة التلازم في الوقوع والتخلف عند المناطقة، وي وسي البحث بتعميق الدراسة في هذا الموضوع لإبراز العلاقة الوطيدة بين علم المنطق وعلم أصول الفقه

The study aims to show a similarity between inference by cause and effect when reasoning and inference by reason and effect among fundamentalists. The common thing between them is what is called the illness. The study reviewed the concept of cause and effect for rationalists and fundamentalists, and showed the overlap between reasoning with cause and effect for rationalists and fundamentalists, including the measurement of cause and the measurement of significance, Where the fundamentalists sought in their works to control their terminology and concepts deeply and accurately, and some of them were influenced in this field by logical mechanisms, and this does not negate the specificity of the science of origins and its methodological, epistemological and inferential independence, and that it is one of the aspects of the original and unique creativity of the Muslim mind, and the research is based on the following research methods: Analytical It is the approach that is based on the dismantling of the basic elements of the subjects under study, and the comparative approach, in which a comparison will be made between the inference of the cause and the effect of the rationalists and the inference of the cause and the effect of the fundamentalists, and the extraction of similarities and differences between them, and the extent to which each is affected by the other, and the result of the research There is a close relationship between reasoning with the cause and the effect for the rationalists, and the reasoning with the cause and the effect for the fundamentalists, It has also been shown that the measurement of the cause for the fundamentalists is the proof of the pain when the reasoning, and the measurement of the significance for the fundamentalists is the proof of the moment when the reasoning, and that what is called the bond (the middle term) when the reasoning is the common omnibus (the vowel) for the fundamentalists, as well as that the regularity in the measurement of the illness for the fundamentalists It is the method of concomitant fallacy and backwardness when arguing, and the research recommends deepening the study on this subject to highlight the close relationship between the science of logic and the science of jurisprudence.
