المستخلص: يهدف البحث إلى بيان أمر بالغ الأهمية وهو متى يعمم الداعية في قوله، ومتى لا يعمم؟ وما الآثار النفسية المترتبة على ذلك التعميم؟ فإذا تكلم الداعية عن أمر دعوى لا يقبل الاستثناء أو الاجتزاء عمم في قوله، واستخدم صيغ العموم الدالة على ذلك؛ فإذا تحدث عن الله سبحانه وتعالى، وأنه يجب له كل كمال، ويستحيل عليه كل نقص، عمم في قوله من غير اجتزاء أو استثناء، فيقول بصيغة العموم: أن الله على كل شيء قدير، فيستخدم صيغة "كل" أو أي صيغة تدل على الشمول والعموم لاشتمال الحكم جميع أفراده، ويبين البحث-أيضا- أن الأمر إذا كان موجودا عند بعض المدعوين دون بعض فلا نعمم القول؛ لأن ذلك مخالف للعدل، والإنصاف، والأمانة العلمية، فمن وجد غلطا أو مخالفة عند بعض المسلمين فلا يعمم القول على جميعهم، ويتهمهم بالصفات الموجودة عند بعضهم؛ بل يخصص الحكم بمن يفعله دون تعميم أو إطلاق؛ لما يحدثه التعميم الخاطئ من تكوين نظرة مسبقة فاسدة تمنع من التقارب، والتواصل، والتفاهم؛ لذا يظهر خطأ من يسحب الحكم على المسلمين عموما بالتطرف، والإرهاب من غير استثناء أو اجتزاء، ويؤثر سلبا في نفسية المدعوين، وسلكت في هذا البحث المنهج التوثيقي، والمنهج التاريخي، والمنهج المقارن، وقد خرج البحث بنتائج منها: بيان أن التعميم الخاطئ في الحكم على الأخرين دون قيد أو تفصيل هو جهل بالحكمة المأمور بها في قوله تعالى:( ادْعُ إِلَىٰ سَبِيلِ رَبِّكَ بِالْحِكْمَةِ وَالْمَوْعِظَةِ الْحَسَنَةِ)، فالحكمة تقتضي وضع الشيء في موضعه، والتعميم الخاطئ مناف لذلك، وأيضا أن العموم الخاطئ في الحكم على الأخرين يولد التنافر، والخلاف؛ لأنه يقيم حواجز نفسية بين المدعو وبين ما يطرح عليه من أفكار ومناهج مختلفة، فيمتنع عن سماعها- وان كانت حقا-، ويوصي الباحث بعقد دورات، وندوات، ومؤتمرات للعاملين في حقل الدعوة؛ لبيان خطورة التعميم الخاطئ في الحكم على الأخرين، وكذلك إفراد هذا الموضوع في مقررات الدراسة إفراد ا يليق بأهميته؛ نظرا لتأثيره سلبا وإيجابا على المدعوين.

The research aims to clarify a very important matter, which is when does the preacher generalize in his saying, and when does he not generalize? What are the psychological implications of that generalization? If the preacher spoke about a matter of action that does not accept exception or partiality, he would generalize in his saying, and use general formulas indicating that; If he talks about God Almighty, and that all perfection is necessary for Him, and every deficiency is impossible for Him, then he generalizes his saying without abbreviation or exception, so he says in the form of generality: God is capable of everything, so he uses the formula “all” or any formula that indicates comprehensiveness and generality to include the rule of all its members. Because that is contrary to justice, fairness, and scientific trust, so whoever finds a mistake or a contradiction among some Muslims should not generalize the saying to all of them, and accuse them of the qualities that are present in some of them; Rather, the ruling is allocated to those who do it without generalization or generalization; Because the wrong generalization causes the formation of a corrupt preconceived view that prevents rapprochement, communication, and understanding; Therefore, the error of those who withdraw the judgment of Muslims in general with extremism and terrorism without exclusion or exclusion appears, It negatively affects the psyche of the invitees, and in this research I followed the documentary approach, the historical approach, and the comparative approach.
