المستخلص: يهدف هذا البحث إلى حصر مواضع صرف صيغ الأفعال عن أزمانها وأحكامها وبيان دلالاتها وإيضاح ذلك بالأمثلة والشواهد، وجاءت هذه الدراسة التي اتبعت فيها المنهج الوصفي في مقدمة وثلاثة فصول وخاتمة: الفصل الأول ويتناول الفعل الماضي والأزمنة التي ينتقل إليها، فالفصل الثاني ويتناول الفعل المضارع والأزمنة التي ينتقل إليها، فالفصل الثالث: ويتناول الفعل الذي يحتمل زمنين، وبينت في كل فصل الدلالات التي يدل عليها كل فعل عند صرفه عن زمنه إلى زمن غيره، وخلص البحث إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها: أن الماضي يأتي بمعنى الحال تارة وبمعنى الاستقبال تارة أخرى، ويأتي محتملا للمضي والاستقبال، ويأتي المضارع بمعنى الماضي، ووقوع الفعل مصروفا عن زمنه إلى زمن غيره يترتب عليه أخذ هذا الفعل حكم الفعل الذي جاء بزمنه، وأن استعمال الفعل مصروفا عن زمنه يكون لأغراض ودلالات بلاغية تزيد النصوص جمالا ودقة في التعبير.

This research aims to identify the places of the grammar of the forms of verbs relating to their tenses and rulings, to explain their implications, and to clarify this with examples and evidences. I use the descriptive method in this study. The study contained an introduction, three chapters and conclusion: the first chapter talked about the past tense and the times of the verb. the second chapter talked about the present tense and the times of the verb. The third chapter talked about the verbs that contained the probability of two tenses (present and past). In each chapter, I showed the indications of each verb when it is transferred from its tense to another tense, and the research concluded several results, the most important of which are: The past tense sometimes holds the meaning of present, and sometimes hold the meaning of future, so it has the possibility of continuing. The present tense may hold the meaning of past tense. Using the verb without any indication of its tense and relating this verb to another tense entails that this verb must follow the rule of the verb that was in its time. Using the verb without any indication of its tense is used for rhetorical purposes and connotations that will increase the beauty and accuracy of expression.
