520 |a (حقوق المرأة)، وتمكين المرأة مصطلحان كثر دورانهما هذه الأيام، فكثرت الأصوات التي نادت وتنادي بإعطاء المرأة حقوقها في كل ميدان ومجال ومنها حقوقها اللغوية. ومع علوتلك الأصوات لم أقف على دراسة عنيت بدرس حقوق المرأة في الجملة العربية، ولذا كانت هذه الدراسة التي جمعت بين الدرس التطبيقي لمدى إعطاء المرأة حقوقها في الجملة في ديوان عمر بن أبي ربيعة، والدرس النظري لذلك بالتأصيل له من خلال البحث في كتب النحو واللغة، وأهم أهدافها: الكشف عن تلك الحقوق، وعن موقف الشاعر منها في ديوانه، وموقف العربية متمثلا فيما رصدته كتب النحو واللغة من تلك الحقوق، وعرض كل ذلك على طاولة البحث، والمناقشة، والتحليل، والاستنباط والمنهج المتبع في الدراسة هو: المنهج الوصفي. ومن أهم نتائج البحث: حرص العربية والشاعر على إعطاء المرأة حقوقها غالبا، وما وقع من مساواتها بالرجل بترك تأنيث ما يتعلق بها في بعض الأحوال، ليست علته الانحياز للرجل، وبسط هيمنته على المرأة- كما زعم بعضهم- وإنما تكمن وراءه علل لفظية، أو معنوية، أو أسرار بلاغية، أو غير ذلك تقتضي من الناظر الإجلائها فضل تأمل ونظر. ومن أهم توصياته: أن يتبع هذه الدراسة، دراسة حقوق المرأة في الجملة في اللغات الأخرى؛ للوقوف على مدى إعطاء المرأة حقوقها في تلك اللغات، والمؤثرات في ذلك سواء كانت لغوية، أم اجتماعية، أو غير ذلك، والمقارنة بينها وبين العربية.  |b "Women's rights" and "women's empowerment" are two terms that frequently circulate nowadays; numerous advocates called for giving women their rights in every area and field, including their linguistic rights. Regardless how influential those calls were, I have not come across a study exploring women's rights in the Arabic sentence, informing about them, describing them, attributing action to them, referring to them, implicitly referring to them, and so on. Therefore, this study comes to combine the applied study of the extent women were given their rights in the Arabic sentence in the Diwan of Omar Ibn Abi Rabia, and the theoretical study of that by tracing its roots in grammar and language books. This study primarily aimed at revealing women's rights in the Arabic sentence, the poet's (Omar Ibn Abi Rabia) attitude on the same in his Diwan, the attitude of Arabic of those rights presented in the grammar and language books, and presenting all of that to research, discussion, analysis and deduction. This study followed the descriptive methodology. The study concluded with that the Arabic Language and the Poet (Omar Ibn Abi Rabia) have been keen on giving women their rights in the sentence. The instances of equating women with men by leaving out the feminine inflection in some cases is not an indication to bias or dominance of men over women, as some claimed. It is in fact due to verbal or moral issues, rhetorical secrets, or other things that require the examiner or researcher to utilize the best of contemplation and consideration. The researcher recommends this study be followed with a study of women's rights in general in other languages to find out the extent those languages pay attention to women’s rights, the influences in that, whether linguistic, social, or otherwise, and after that compare them with Arabic.
