|a الحمد لله وكفي وصلاة وسلاما على عباده الذين اصطفي، ثم أما بعد: فهذا ملخص لموضوع هذا البحث والذي هو بعنوان: موقف الأصوليين من التخصيص بالدليل المتراخي.. دراسة تحليلية). وقد جاء في مقدمة، وثلاثة مباحث، أما المقدمة فقد اشتملت على أسباب اختيار البحث، وأهميته، وأهدافه، ومشكلته، وتساؤلاته، والدراسات السابقة، ومنهجه، وخطته، وأما المبحث الأول: مفهوم الدليل المتراخي والمبحث الثاني: التعريف بالتخصيص في اللغة والاصطلاح، والمبحث الثالث: التخصيص بالدليل المتراخي، ثم جاءت الخاتمة وفيها أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها.
|b Praise be to God, enough, and prayers and peace be upon His servants whom He has chosen. Then, as for what follows: This is a summary of the subject of this research, which is entitled: (The Fundamentalists’ Attitude towards Specialization with the Lax Evidence... An Analytical Study). It came in an introduction, and three sections. As for the introduction, it included the reasons for choosing the research, its importance, objectives, problem, questions, previous studies, methodology, and plan. The third: the specification with lax evidence, then came the conclusion and it contains the most important results that I reached.
