المستخلص: يهدف هذا البحث بصفة عامة إلى توضيح وإبراز أن الشريعة الإسلامية صالحة لكل زمان ومكان، وأنها قادرة على مواكبة المستجدات العصرية، وبصفة خاصة إلى تأصيل الحكم الشرعي لعلاقة منتشرة بين الرجل والمرأة في واقعنا المعاصر، وقد قمت بتقسيم هذا البحث إلى مقدمة، تضمنت أهمية الموضوع، والأسباب الداعية إلى اختياره وخطته، ومبحثين الأول: التعريف بمصطلحات البحث، والثاني: أثر القواعد الأصولية في التكييف الشرعي للخلوة الإلكترونية، وخاتمة تضمنت نتائج البحث. ومن المعلوم أنه يترتب على خلوة الرجل بالمرأة الأجنبية أمور لا تؤمن مزالقها؛ لاسيما وقد حذرنا منها رسولنا صلى الله عليه وسلم، وحرمها بالاتفاق جميع علماء الأمة الإسلامية، ومع التقدم الملحوظ في التكنولوجيا الحديثة، ظهر نوع جديد من خلوة الرجل بالمرأة الأجنبية، اتخذت أسماء مختلفة؛ منها: (الشات) و (غرف الدردشة)، فهل هذا النوع من الانفراد فيه بعض معاني الخلوة الممنوعة والمحرمة شرعاً، وإن لم يكن خلوة كاملة؟ وهذا ما أجاب عنه هذا البحث؛ حيث أظهر أن صور الخلوة الإلكترونية قد تتعدد إلى محادثات صوتية، أو كتابية أو تصويرية، وكذلك مسمياتها من الشات والدردشة، والغرف الصوتية، وأظهر أن الخلوة الإلكترونية بين الرجل والمرأة الأجنبية قد تجوز عند الحاجة المعتبرة شرعاً من سؤال طبيب أو بيان حكم شرعي لقضية معينة شريطة ألا يقترن بها محظور شرعي، وأوضح أنه يجب أن يحتاط لها شرعاً. وأن الخلوة الإلكترونية بين الرجل والمرأة الأجنبية لغير حاجة معتبرة شرعاً يجب تركها؛ إذ أنه لا يمكن ترك الحرام إلا بترك ما يؤدي إليه، ومهما اختلفت مسمياتها من الدردشة، أو الشات، أو الغرف الصوتية فإنها تكون محرمة؛ إذ الحرام لا يتغير حكمه بتغير هيئته وتبديل اسمه.

This research is aimed in general at clarifying and highlighting the fact that Islamic Sharia is suitable for every time and place, and that it is capable of keeping up with modern developments, and in particular to establish the legitimate rule of a pervasive relationship between men and women in our contemporary reality. I have divided this research into an introduction, which included the importance of the subject, the reasons for its choice, its plan, two research papers: the introduction of search terms, and two: the impact of fundamentalist rules on the legal adaptation of electronic privacy, and a conclusion that included the results of the research. It is well known that the privacy of men with foreign women entails; Especially since the Prophet, peace be upon him, warned us of this, and forbade it by mutual consent of all the scholars of the Islamic Ummah. With the noticeable progress in modern technology, a new kind of gulf emerged for men with foreign women, who assumed different names; They include chat and chat rooms. Is this type of privacy devoid of certain prohibited or religiously forbidden meanings of privacy, even if it is not a complete privacy? This is what this research has answered; He showed that electronic privacy images may be extended to voice, written, or photographic conversations, as well as chat, chat, and audio rooms. He showed that electronic privacy between a man and a foreign woman may, when there is a legally-recognized need, be allowed from asking a doctor or stating a legal verdict on a particular case, provided that it is not accompanied by a legal prohibition. He explained that it must be legally required. And that electronic privacy between a man and a foreign woman for a non-legitimate need must be abandoned; It is impossible to leave a forbidden profit without leaving what leads to it. Whatever names are used in chat, chat, or audio rooms, they are forbidden; for the accursed thing shall not be changed, and his judgment shall be changed, and his name shall be changed.
