المستخلص: هدف هذه دراسة استجلاء أمر المشكل النحوي في حاشية الصبان على شرح الأشموني، وقد تناولت فيها المشكل بالدراسة الوصفية التحليلية، أما الدراسة الوصفية فقد أجليت فيها تعريف المشكل في اللغة، والمراد به لدى الصبان، وقد استخلصت تعريفا أراه أقرب ما يعبر عن مراد الصبان بالمشكل، وتتبعت من صيغ إيراد الإشكال صيغ (يشكل)، و (مشكل)، و (إشكال)، و (أشكل)، حتى وقفت على ستة وثلاثين موضعا، قدمتها للقارئ موجزة مرتبة بترتيب الحاشية، ثم تناولت بالدراسة صيغ إيراد المشكل في الحاشية، والموضوعات التي عالجتها، وبينت ما نبع منها من بنيات أفكار الصبان، وما نقله عن غيره ، وأشرت إلى من وجه الصبان إليهم الإشكال من النحاة، وموقفه من المشكلات: أأجاب عنها أم أثارها ثم تركها ومضى لسبيله. وأما الدراسة التحليلية فقد تناولت فيها ما يقرب من ربع المشكلات الواردة في الحاشية. وقد انتظم هذا البحث في فصلين، تسبقهما مقدمة، وتعقبهما خاتمة: أما المقدمة فتناولت فيها دافعي لتأليف هذا البحث، وخطته، والدراسات السابقة في موضوعه. الفصل الأول: المشكلات النحوية في حاشية الصبان: دراسة وصفية. ويشتمل على أربعة مباحث: المبحث الأول: المشكل ومراد الصبان به في حاشيته. والمبحث الثاني: المشكلات الواردة في الحاشية. والمبحث الثالث: سمات المشكل لدى الصبان في حاشيته. والفصل الثاني من المشكلات النحوية في حاشية الصبان: دراسة تحليلية. وأما الخاتمة فقد اشتملت على أهم نتائج البحث.

The aim of this study is to elucidate the matter of the grammatical problem in Al-Sabban’s footnote to Al-Ashmouni’s commentary, in which I dealt with the problem through a descriptive and analytical study. And I traced the formulas of presenting the problem with the formulas: (constituted), (problematic), (confused), and (confused), until I stopped at thirty-six places, which I presented to the reader concisely arranged in the order of the footnote, and then dealt with the study of the formulas for presenting the problem in the footnote, and the topics that I treated ,And I showed the structures of Sabban's ideas that stemmed from them, and what he transmitted from others, and I indicated to whom the grammarians directed the problems to, and his position on the problems: did he answer them or raised them, then left them and went on his way. As for the analytical study, I dealt with nearly a quarter of the problems mentioned in the footnote. This research is organized into two chapters, preceded by an introduction and followed by a conclusion: As for the introduction, I dealt with my motive for writing this research, its plan, and previous studies on its subject. The first chapter: grammatical problems in Haashiyat al-Sabban: a descriptive study. It includes four topics: The first topic: The problem and Murad Al-Sabban in his footnote. The second topic: the problems mentioned in the footnote. And the third topic: the characteristics of the problem with Al-Sabban in his footnotes. The second chapter: grammatical problems in the footnote of Sabban: an analytical study. As for the conclusion, it included the most important results of the research.
