المستخلص: استهدف البحث بيان مقاصد السنة النبوية، ومن أبرز هذه المقاصد مقصد: «العمران»، تحت عنوان: «الأبعاد المقاصدية للسنة النبوية.. مقصد «العمران» أنموذجا.. دراسة حديثية موضوعية»، وتكمن أهمية البحث في التعريف بمقاصد الشريعة الإسلامية، وبيان أقسامها، وذكر خصائص مقاصد السنه النبوية المشرفة، وبيان الحاجة إلى معرفة مقاصد السنة النبوية، كما اهتم البحث ببيان مفهوم «العمران»، في اللغة، وفي الاصطلاح، وفي المنظور القرآني، وفي مفهوم الحديث النبوي الشريف، ومدى حاجة مجتمعاتنا المعاصرة إلى ترسيخ مقصد العمران مفهومه وهذا وقد اتبع البحث المنهج التوثيقي، والمنهج التحليلي، والمنهج المقارن، والمنهج النقدي، والمنهج الوصفي، ومن أهم نتائج البحث: أن مقاصد السنة النبوية وحكمها مقاصد جليلة سامية تهدف إلى تحقيق صلاح الإنسان فرديا واجتماعيا وعالميا، وأن من خصائص مقاصد السنة النبوية ربانية المصدر، والمعقولية، والشمولية، والوسطية، والتوازن وغيرها، وأن سوء الفهم لمعاني السنة النبوية المشرفة، وتجاهل مقاصدها، والانحراف في تأويلها يؤدي- لا محالة- إلى الإعراض عن هداية السنة النبوية المطهرة في الفهم، والعمل، والسلوك بحيث تتغلب المفاهيم المغلوطة على المفاهيم الصحيحة.

The research aims at explaining the purposes of the Prophet's Sunnah, and one of the most prominent of these purposes is the purpose of: «construction» under the title: (The purposeful Dimensions of the Sunnah of the Prophet(May Allah's Peace and Grace Be Upon Him: The purpose of the “construction ” as a,model. A Hadith objective study). The importance of the research lies in clarifying the purposes of the Islamic Sharia, the statement of its sections, the characteristics of the purposes of the Sunnah of the Prophet, and the need to know the purposes of the Sunnah of the Prophet. The Research also explains the lexical definition of Construction in the Quran and Sunnah and the great need of the modern societies for a better application of the concept of construction. This research follows the documentary, analytical, comparative, critical and the descriptive approaches. Among the most important results of the research: that the purposes of the Sunnah of the Prophet and its wise teaching are lofty goals that aims at achieving human well-being individually, socially and globally. The characteristics of the purposes of the Sunnah of the Prophet are as follows: it has a Divine source, reasonableness, comprehensiveness, modernity, balance and others, and that the misunderstanding of the meaning of the Sunnah of the Prophet, ignorance of its teachings and deviation from these Purposes leads to the transformation and non-application of the concepts of Sunnah and the prevalence of the misconceptions.
