المستخلص: قدم السيوطي في مقامة (بلبل الروضة) جزيرة الروضة في صورة مبهرة متميزة، وضمن مقالته فيها حقائق علمية وتاريخية قيمة ممتزجة بنكت ولطائف؛ وملح وطرائف، فأثار في النفوس التشوق لزيارة هذه الجزيرة، وحرك في القلوب التشوف إلى سكناها، وهو ما يجعل الذهن يقارن بين ما قدمه السيوطي في هذه المقامة وما يقدم اليوم من دعاية لبعض المدن والمجتمعات العمرانية الجديدة، ليجد أن أساليب السيوطي في مقامة (بلبل الروضة) شكلت كثيرا من تقنيات الدعاية المستعملة في هذا العصر، وأنها تتفوق على ذلك كله بصياغتها في قالب أدبي متميز؛ من خلال أساليب بلاغية فنية؛ مدعومة باقتباسات من الكتاب والسنة وتضمينات من مأثور النثر والشعر، وعرض ذلك كله بسلاسة وانسجام وحسن سبك، يبرز بوضوح ما تمتع به السيوطي من عقلية فذة وعلم غزير وموهبة أدبية، مما مكنه أن يطوع اللغة ويوظف الأساليب ليشكل ما يدرس اليوم من تقنيات الدعاية. وقد حاولت هذه الدراسة تناول ما في النص من تقنيات دعائية من منظور بلاغي، يبحث عن كيفية تشكيل فنون القول للتأثير الدعائي ومسلك ذلك في النفوس وما ينبني عليه من توجيه الإرادات وتكوين الاتجاهات، في محاولة للكشف عن دور الكلمة والأساليب البلاغية في تشكيل وتحقيق تقنيات الدعاية، دون الاستعانة بما يرد في كثير من الحملات الدعائية من إسفاف وابتذال، كما تحاول ربط القواعد والأصول النظرية بجانب من تطبيقاتها العملية من خلال نص قديم حصل فيه ما يقدم على أنه من مستحدثات العلوم.

Al-Suyuti presented in the Maqama (Bulbul Al- Rawdah) the island of Al-Rawdah in a dazzling and distinct image, and included in his article valuable scientific and historical facts mixed with jokes and kindnesses; And salt and anecdotes, so it aroused in the souls the longing to visit this island, and stirred in the hearts the longing for its dwelling, which makes the mind compare between what Al-Suyuti presented in this maqam and what he presents today of propaganda for some new cities and urban communities, to find that Al-Suyuti's methods in the Maqam (Bulbul Al-Rawdah ) constituted many of the propaganda techniques used in this era, and it excels all of that by formulating it in a distinct literary template; through artistic rhetorical methods; Supported by quotations from the Book and the Sunnah and inclusions from the proverbs of prose and poetry, and presenting all of that smoothly, harmoniously and well-spoken, clearly highlights what al- Suyuti enjoyed of brilliant mentality, abundant knowledge and literary talent, which enabled him to adapt the language and employ methods to form what is being taught today of propaganda techniques. This study has tried to deal with the propaganda techniques in the text from a rhetorical perspective, looking for how the arts of saying form the propaganda effect and the way that is in the souls and what is based on it in directing the wills and forming directions, in an attempt to reveal the role of the word and rhetorical methods in the formation and achievement of propaganda techniques, Without resorting to what is contained in many propaganda campaigns of vulgarity and vulgarity, it also tries to link the theoretical rules and principles with a side of its practical applications through an old text in which what was presented as a science innovation occurred.
