المستخلص: الخطابة فن أدبي عريق لا غنى للإنسان عنه في شتى مجريات الحياة ومنعطفاتها، وهو يُعَدُّ من خير فنون القول للتأثير في الجمهور واستمالته بلغة تمزج بين العقل، وقدر من العاطفة لإقناعه برأي أو عمل، ومن ثم توجيهه نحو ما هو مأمول. وموضوع هذه البحث عن النزعة الدينية في الخطابة السياسية عند مصطفى كامل لما كان يتمتع به من قوة في شخصيتة تعرف إمكاناتها وأهدافها جيدا، حيث كان يدرك ما لديه من ضعف منذ إقدامه على دراسة الحقوق، لكن قوة إيمانه بربه ثم ثقته بنفسه كانا أكبر ضامن لنجاحه، والسير قدما نحو تحقيق أهدافه، حيث كان التحاقه بالحقوق هدفا أسمى؛ لكونها مدرسة الخطابة والكتابة، ومعرفة الأفراد والأمم حقوقهم. وفي هذا البحث يتجلى دور الخطابة السياسية وأثرها جليلا، حيث لا ينطلق لسانها في مهاد بلاد الشرق إبان مواجهة المحتل فحسب، إذ راح صوتها يدوي في معاقر بلاد الغرب على لسان "مصطفى كامل" باعث الوطنية والخطابة السياسية التي لم ينفك فيها عن نوازع دينية قويمة من خلال ما تشرَّبه من تعاليم الدين القويم فكان خير مداد لها فيما أَسْدَته للوطن، إذ يعاني أغلال الاحتلال البريطاني وتبعاته، حيث كانت بحق من أهم الأسلحة في مقاومته من أجل الاستقلال. وفي هذه الدراسة يبدو دور السياسي الوطني ذي النزعة الدينية القويمة جليلا، إذ يبعث في أصعب الظروف برسائل الثقة في نفوس الوطنيين لمواجهة كل وسائل الدس وتثبيط الهمم، وإشاعة اليأس في النفوس، حيث يعمل على انتزاع كل أثر لذلك، وإزالة كل غشاوة ضُرِبت على العيون، حتى ترى النصر كأنه حقيقة ماثلة، وهو بلا ريب ثمرة نضال كل الوطنيين والسياسيين الشرفاء.

Elocution is an ancient literary art that is indispensable to man in all aspects of life. It is considered one of the best arts of speech to influence the audience and win them over in a language that mixes reason with a bit of passion to convince them of an opinion or action, and then direct them towards what is hoped for. The subject of this research is about the religious tendency in the political elocution of Mustafa Kamel, because he had a strong personality who knew its capabilities and goals well, as he was aware of his weaknesses since he started studying law, but the strength of his faith in his Lord and then his self-confidence were the greatest guarantor of his success and moving forward towards achieving his goals. His enrollment to law school was a supreme goal for being a school of elocution and writing, and also for being a way for individuals and nations to know their rights. In this research, the role and impact of political elocution is evident, as its tongue does not only sound in the cradle of the eastern countries during the confrontation with the occupier, but also its voice resounded in the western countries on the tongue of "Mustafa Kamel", the motive of patriotism and political elocution, in which he did not cease to have strong religious tendencies through what he learned from the teachings of the true religion, he was the best supporter for it in what it did for the homeland, as it suffers from the shackles of the British occupation and its consequences. It was truly one of the most important weapons in his resistance for independence. In this study, the role of the patriotic politician with the upright religious tendency appears to be great, as he sends messages of confidence in the hearts of the patriots in the most difficult circumstances to confront all means of intrigue, discouragement, and spread despair in the souls. He works to extract every trace of that, and remove every mist that struck the eyes, so that you see victory as a reality. It is undoubtedly the fruit of the struggle of all patriots and honorable politicians.
