أصبح من الضروري الاستفادة من مميزات وإمكانيات المستحدثات التكنولوجية والاتجاهات العالمية المعاصرة في مجال التعليم الإلكتروني، بهدف تطوير التعليم، والتحويل من التعليم التقليدي المتمركز حول المعلم إلى التعليم الإلكتروني المتمركز حول المتعلم كذلك لضرورة الاستفادة من التجارب العربية والعالمية الرائدة والناجحة في مجال التعليم الإلكتروني مع وضع ظروف البيئة العربية وبنية النظم التعليمية فيها في الاعتبار مع رسم سياسة واضحة المعالم للتعليم الإلكتروني، كنظام تعليمي متكامل له أهدافه ومدخلاته وعملياته ومخرجاته الخاصة. وحيث أن الدراسة تهدف إلي بناء مقرر إلكتروني مقترح في طريق تدريس التربية الموسيقية لتطوير أداء الطالب المعلم، وبيان مدي فعالية دراسة المقرر الإلكتروني المقترح وقياس درجة التطور في الأداء من خلال بطاقة ملاحظة الأداء التدريسي للطالب المعلم والاختبار التحصيلي(المعرفي) للمقرر الإلكتروني المقترح.وقد توصلت الدراسة إلي النتائج التالية 1. توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى(0،001)بين متوسطات درجات الطلاب في التطبيق القبلي والتطبيق البعدي- لاختبارات الوحدات العشر لصالح التطبيق البعدي. 2. توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوي(0،001)بين متوسطات درجات الطلاب في التطبيق القبلي والتطبيق البعدي في بطاقة الملاحظة لصالح التطبيق البعدي. 3. توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوي(0،001)بين متوسطات درجات الطلاب في التطبيق القبلي والتطبيق البعدي للاختبار التحصيلي لصالح التطبيق البعدي. في ضوء ذلك أوصت الدراسة إعادة النظر في تخطيط وإعداد المقررات المختلفة في ضوء متطلبات التعلم الإلكتروني، وتدريب الطلاب المعلمين علي مهارات التعلم الإلكتروني وكيفية استخدامه في الموقف التعليمي مما يثري العملية التعليمية، والاهتمام بتحويل العملية التعليمية من التعليم إلي التعلم الذاتي وتعميم التجربة علي جميع المواد الدراسية في برنامج إعداد معلم التربية الموسيقية. \
It is fact to benefit from the electronic in education field characteristics to promote classical education, which focuses on the learner. Also, to make use of the other universal and Arabic successful experiments in the same field. Considering the Arabian education construction and circumstances. And to strengthen a very clear policy for electronic education as a perfect method that has its own aims, inputs, outputs and operation. The study aims to construct and to establish a suggested electronic curriculum in musical education methodology to enhance the student teacher performance, revealing the strength of such a methodology. And, measuring the evolution degree of performance by using an observation card that shows the student teacher performance and the suggested electronic curriculum information test. The research has revealed some results: 1- The first hypothesis is true as the results showed statistically differences at the level of (0.001)among the students average degrees in per-test and post-test of "ten units" Application tests shows the superiority of the post-test Application tests. 2- the second hypothesis is true as the results showed statistically differences at the level of (0.001) among the students average degrees in per-test and post-test Application tests in the observation card shows the superiority of the post-test. 3- The third hypothesis is true as the results showed statistically differences at the level of (0.001) among the students average degrees in per-test and post-test Application tests-The information test in particular shows the superiority of the post-test. In the light of the discovered previous information the study has promoted are consider on preparing and planning the different methods to be dependant on the electronic education use and How to introduce the educational process which may enrich it At last, to focus on self study instead of.
