|a هذا البحث تحقيق ودراسة لمخطوط بعنوان: شرح السجاعي على النظم المتعلق بالاستحاضة، للعلامة شهاب الدين أحمد بن أحمد بن محمد السجاعي الشافعي (ت1179ه). وموضوعه: في مسألة مهمة تمس شريحة كبيرة من النساء، ويكثر السؤال عنها، وهي أحكام المستحاضة، وقد ذكر المؤلف سبعة أقسام للمستحاضة، وفصل في مسألة "المتحيرة" وهي المستحاضة الناسية لوقتها، وقدرها، وبين حكمها في الطهارة والصلاة، ومس المصحف وقراءته، والصوم والطلاق. وقد قسمته إلى قسمين: القسم الأول: في دراسة المؤلف والكتاب. القسم الثاني: في دراسة وتحقيق النص، حسب المنهج المتبع في تحقيق المخطوطات. بالإضافة إلى هذا فقد عملت على تحرير المنظومة مما اختلط بها من الشرح بحيث أصبحت المنظومة محررة للقارئ. ومن أهم النتائج: أن للمستحاضة أقسام سبعة، وأن أضيق المذاهب في حكمها الشافعية، يليهم الحنفية، ثم المالكية، ثم الحنابلة، وهذا التفاوت بين الفقهاء في القبض والبسط، والضيق والسعة لا مستند له- كما يقول ابن رشد- إلا التجربة والعادة، ولاختلاف ذلك في النساء عسر أن يعرف بالتجربة حدود هذه الأشياء في أكثر النساء ووقع هذا الخلاف.
|b This research is talking about a manuscript investigation entitled: Explanation of Al-Sujahiy on the poetic systems related to (ALISTIHAADAH). (Uninterrupted menstrual blood). Written by: Al- Allamah Ahmad Bin Ahmad Bin Muhammad Al- Sujahiy. Died in: (1179 A.H). And Its subject is about an important issue that affects a large segment of women, and many questions are asked about it. And it is the rule of (ALISTIHAADAH). And the Author has mentioned seven sections of (ALISTIHAADAH), And he has provided a sufficient explanation on the issue of the ''perplexed woman'' means the woman who forgot the time and amount of her (Uninterrupted menstrual blood). And he has explained its ruling in: purity, and prayer, and touching and reading the holly Qur’an, fasting, and divorce. I have divided this research into two sections: The first section: is to study the author, and the book And The second section is to study and verify the texts of the book, According to the method used in the investigation of manuscripts. And among the most important results obtained are: There are seven sections for (ALISTIHAADAH), and each section has its own ruling, The Shafihiy school of thought is one of the hard-liners on the "perplexed woman", and they are the most precautionary out of them.
