المستخلص: تتناول هذه الدراسة بيان الدور الوسيط لنظم تخطيط موارد المنظمة (ERP) وتأثيره في العلاقة بين تكامل أداء سلاسل التوريد وتعزيز الأداء التشغيلي بالتطبيق على شركات إنتاج الأدوية الخاصة في محافظة الدقهلية، وكذلك تحديد أثر علاقة أداء سلاسل التوريد على نظم تخطيط موارد المنظمة (E.R.P)، وتحديد أثر علاقة أداء سلاسل التوريد على الأداء التشغيلي، وأيضاً تحديد أثر علاقة نظم تخطيط موارد المنظمة (E.R.P) على الأداء التشغيلي، كما هدفت إلى بيان الدور الوسيط لنظم تخطيط موارد المنظمة (E.R.P) في تأثير سلاسل التوريد على الأداء التشغيلي وذلك لدى العاملين بشركات إنتاج الأدوية الخاصة بمحافظة الدقهلية. واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والاستقصاء كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات، ويشتمل مجتمع هذه الدراسة على العاملين بشركات إنتاج الأدوية الخاصة بمحافظة الدقهلية، وكانت حجم العينة (287) مفردة. حيث بلغ عدد استمارات الاستقصاء الصالحة للتحليل (245) استمارة بما يمثل نسبة استجابة (85.4%) من إجمالي الاستمارات الموزعة، وذلك بعد استبعاد الاستمارات غير المستردة والاستمارات التي لم تستوفى بالكامل. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود تأثير معنوي لأداء سلاسل التوريد على نظم تخطيط موارد المنظمة (E.R.P)، كما يوجد تأثير معنوي لأداء سلاسل التوريد على الأداء التشغيلي، كما يوجد تأثير معنوي لنظم تخطيط موارد المنظمة (E.R.P) على الأداء التشغيلي، كما تتوسط نظم تخطيط موارد المنظمة (E.R.P) في تأثير أداء سلاسل التوريد على الأداء التشغيلي لدى العاملين بشركات إنتاج الأدوية الخاصة بمحافظة الدقهلية.

This study deals with the statement of the mediating role of the organization's resource planning (ERP) systems and its impact on the relationship between the integration of supply chain performance and the enhancement of operational performance by applying to private pharmaceutical production companies in Dakahlia Governorate, as well as determining the impact of the supply chain performance relationship on the organization's resource planning (E.R.P) systems. Determining the impact of the performance relationship of supply chains on operational performance, as well as determining the impact of the relationship of organization resource planning (E.R.P) systems on operational performance. Medicines for Dakahlia Governorate. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method and the survey as a main tool for data collection. The population of this study includes workers in private pharmaceutical companies in Dakahlia Governorate. The population of this study includes workers in private pharmaceutical production companies in Dakahlia Governorate, and the sample size was (287) single. Bazara'a (1996). The number of valid survey forms for analysis reached 245, representing a response rate of (85.4%) of the total distributed forms, after excluding non-refunded forms and forms that were not fully completed. The study concluded that there is a significant impact of the performance of supply chains on ERP systems, and there is a significant impact of the performance of supply chains on operational performance, and there is a significant impact of ERP systems on operational performance, and ERP systems mediate The organization (E.R.P) in the impact of supply chain performance on the operational performance of employees of private pharmaceutical production companies in Dakahlia Governorate.
