المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة تقديم تصور مقترح لتطبيق مثلث المعرفة بجامعة بنى سويف لدعم نظام الابتكار الوطني المصري على ضوء خبرات بعض الجامعات الأجنبية، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي لعرض وتحليل مفهومي الدراسة مثلث المعرفة ونظام الابتكار الوطني، ثم تحليل نظام الابتكار الوطني في مصر من حيث نشأته وتطوره، والإطار التشريعي، وتحديد وتحليل موقع مصر في تقارير مؤشر الابتكار العالمي، كما اعتمدت على أسلوب الدراسات السببية المقارنة كأحد أساليب المنهج الوصفي وذلك لتحديد الأسباب المحتملة التي كان لها تأثير على نجاح تطبيق مثلث المعرفة في كل من جامعة هدرسفيلد، المملكة المتحدة The University of Huddersfield, UK، وجامعة إيرازموز، هولندا Erasmus University، وجامعة سرقسطة، إسبانيا Zaragoza University،، وإمكانية الإفادة منها لتطبيق مثلث المعرفة بجامعة بني سويف بما يدعم نظام الابتكار الوطني المصري، كما اعتمدت الدراسة على أسلوب تحليل المحتوى النوعي لدراسة واقع تطبيق مثلث المعرفة في جامعة بنى سويف لدعم نظام الابتكار الوطني، فقد تم تحليل محتوى الخطة الاستراتيجية لجامعة بنى سويف(2021- 2025)، والخطة البحثية للجامعة (2022- 2027)، وكذلك إصدارات مركز تطوير الأداء الجامعي التابع للجامعة في الفترة (من 2018- إلى 2023) والتي تهتم برصد إنجازات وأنشطة وفعاليات الجامعة سنويا. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى تصور مقترح لتطبيق مثلث المعرفة بجامعة بني سويف من خلال تحديد أسس التصور وأهدافه وأبعاده وإجراءات تنفيذه ومتطلبات تنفيذه والمعوقات وسبل التغلب عليها، وتضمن التصور بشكل واضح الجهات الفاعلة في مثلث المعرفة والتفاعلات الثنائية بين مكونات المثلث وكذلك قنوات التفاعل المسئولة عن التنسيق بين الجامعة والجهات الأخرى.

The study aimed to present a suggested proposal in order to apply the knowledge triangle (KT) at Beni-Suef University to support the Egyptian national innovation system in the light of the experiences of some foreign universities. The study used the descriptive methodology to discuss and analyze the two variables of the study; the knowledge triangle and the national innovation system. In addition, the study analyzed the national innovation system in Egypt in terms of its origin and development, the legislative framework, and Egypt's ranking in the global innovation Index reports (GII). Also, The study used the comparative causal studies method, as one of the descriptive methods, in order to identify the possible reasons that led to successful application of the Knowledge Triangle at the University of Huddersfield (United Kingdom), Erasmus University (Netherlands), and Zaragoza University (Spain), and the possibility of benefiting from these experiences to apply the Knowledge Triangle at Beni-Suef University to support the Egyptian national innovation system. The study depended on qualitative content analysis to identify the reality of applying the knowledge triangle at Beni-Suef University to support the national innovation system. A content analysis form was prepared to analyze the strategic plan of Beni-Suef University (2021- 2025), the university research plan (2022-2027), besides, some publications published by of the University Performance Development Center (UPDC) at Beni Suef University in the period from (2018) to (2023). The study put a suggested proposal for the application of the knowledge triangle at Beni Suef University by defining the foundations of the proposal, its objectives, dimensions, implementation procedures, implementation requirements, obstacles and ways to overcome them. The suggested proposal included the actors of the knowledge triangle, the bilateral interactions among the Knowledge triangle components, as well as the interaction channels responsible for coordination among the university and other parties.
