المستخلص: للإمام الرافعي (رحمه الله)، عدة صيغ وألفاظ، ذكرها في كتابه فتح العزيز؛ للترجيح بين قولين أو أكثر في مسألة ما، من هذه الألفاظ قوله: أصح، أصح القولين، الأصح، الأصح المنصوص، وهو الصحيح، هي الصحيحة، أصح الوجهين، أصحهما، أظهرهما، اصح قوليه، هذا أظهر، أظهر، وهو الأحسن، كان الأحسن، أولى، أرجحهما، الأشبه، الأقرب، وأخيرا قوله (أصحهما)، وقد اخترت اللفظ الأخير، ودرست من خلاله خمس مسائل توزعت بين الطهارة، والصلاة. ومن الملاحظ أن الإمام الرافعي (رحمه الله) لم يلتزم في ترجيحاته بهذه الألفاظ بطريقة معينة، إلا أنه يستعمل هذه العبارات عندما يكون الخلاف في الوجوه؛ ليشير إلى الوجه الأقوى من ناحية القياس، والأقرب إلى قواعد المذهب.

Imam Al-Rafi’i, (may God have mercy on him), had several formulas and expressions, which he mentioned in his book Fath Al-Aziz; For preferences between two or more sayings in a matter, one of these expressions is his saying: The more correct, the more correct of the two sayings, the more correct one, the more correct stipulated, and it is the correct one, this is the correct one, the more correct of the two sides, the more correct of them both, the more correct of them, the more correct of his two sayings, that is the more correct, the more correct, and it is the better, the better. The most appropriate, the most likely, the more similar, the closest, and finally his saying (the most correct of them both), and I chose the last word, and through it I studied five issues distributed between purity and prayer. It is noticeable that Imam Al-Rafi’i (may God have mercy on him) did not adhere to a specific method in his weightings with these words, except that he uses these expressions when the disagreement is in the sides; To refer to the strongest aspect in terms of analogy, and the closest to the rules of the doctrine.
