«موضوع البحث أسامة بن زيد الليثي جرحًا وتعديلاً» نشأ أسامة بن زيد في عصر العلم والعلماء، وقد أدرك كبارهم: مثل الزهري ونافع وسعيد بن المسيب ومالك وغيرهم، وتأثر بهم وروى عنهم، وأخذ الرواية عنه جمع غفير من التلاميذ، ومن أشهرهم الثوري وابن المبارك وابن وهب وحاتم بن إسماعيل وغيرهم. أخرج له مسلم في صحيحه متابعة وأصحاب السنن واستشهد به البخاري ولم يحتج به. توفي رحمه الله سنة ثلاث وخمسين ومائة عن بضع وسبعين سنة. أهم النتائج: o إن أغلب شيوخ أسامة ثقات. o إن موقف النقاد من أسامة بن زيد، على اختلاف درجاتهم قبول حديثه، ومنهم من وثقه بصريح القول، ومنهم من وصفه بالصدق. o ظهر بعد الدراسة أن أسامة كان حسن الحديث وقد روى (٢٨٩) حديثاً منها (٢٤٩) حديثاً مقبولًا. o روى له مسلم في المتابعات واستشهد به البخاري. o يؤخذ على أسامة في روايته عن نافع وعن الزهري إذا تفرد وهذا ما يوجه به كلام الإمام أحمد في أسامة. o ظهر أن هناك من يحمل أسامة بالضعف في الحديث، مثل ابن القطان وغيره وليس العلة منه وإنما من الرواة عنه، وظهر هذا من خلال جمعي لدراسة أحاديث أسامة.
The thesis topic: Hadiths of Usāmah ibn Zayd al-Laythī and His Narrations in Sunnah Books; An Analytical Study. Usāmah ibn Zayd grew up in the era of knowledge and scholars, and he met their leaders, such as al-Zuhrī, Nāfiʻ, Saʻīd ibn al-Musayyib, Mālik and others. He was influenced by them and narrated from them, and the narration was taken from him by a large group of students, and among the most famous of them were Al Thawri, Ibn Al-Mubarak, Ibn Wahb, Hatim bin Ismail and others. A large number of his companions narrated from him, the most prominent of whom was al-Thawrī Ibn al-Mubārak Ibn Wahb Ḥātim ibn Ismāʻīl and others. Muslim referenced him in his Sahih as a follow-up and the authors of the Sunan, and Bukhari cited him and did not make him an evidence. He passed away, may Allah have mercy on him, in the year 153, at the age of 70. The most important results: - Most of Usāmah’s sheikhs are trustworthy. - The position of the critics towards Usāmah bin Zayd, in their different degrees, is the acceptance of his hadeeth, and some of them are those who trust him in clear terms, and some of them describe him as truthful. - After the study, it appeared that Usāmah’s hadith was good, and he narrated (289) hadiths, of which (249) were accepted. - Muslim narrated from him in the follow-ups, and he was cited by Al- Bukhari. - Usāmah was criticized in his narration on the authority of Nāfiʻ and on the authority of Al-Zuhrī if he was the only narrator, and this is the meaning of Imam Ahmad’s words regarding Usāmah.
