|b The embedding of digital technology in our daily activities creates a strong control framework that allows digital giants to compete with some of the power recognized to the State. The resonance of such an assessment reveals the imbrication of digitalization on the notion of sovereignty, giving rise to the emergence of a new form of sovereignty, i.e., digital sovereignty. Thus, with the rise of the term, the issues of precise identification and the turbulence of its realization appear, but in return the dismantling of the cyberspace while appealing to the regulatory action of the State to regain control. An action for itself an emergent nature that firms accurately a basic base of control in front of this dilemma.
|d L'imbrication du numérique dans nos activités quotidiennes engendre un cadre de contrôle bien conçu permet aux géants du numérique de concurrencer quelques pouvoirs reconnus à l'État. La résonance d'un tel constat permet de révéler l'empiétement de la numérisation sur la notion de souveraineté donnant lieu à l'émergence d'une nouvelle forme de celle-ci, y compris la souveraineté numérique. À l'essor de cette dernière, les enjeux d'identification précise et les turbulences de sa concrétisation apparaissent, mais en contrepartie le démantèlement de ces derniers est à l'origine de faire sortir la spécificité de la souveraineté dans le cyberespace tout en faisant appel à l'action régulatrice de l'État pour reprendre le contrôle. Une action quant à elle-même d'une nature émergente qui forme bien entendu un socle de contrôle de base face à ce dilemme.
