إن عوالم السياسة وأدوار السياسي والخطاب والتواصل والديمقراطية والسلطة والأقنعة هي مفاهيم مرتبطة متشابكة متلازمة. وللوقوف على هذا الترابط بين الفعل السياسي وأقنعة السلطة والممارسة ومطامع السياسي وتطلعاته المعلنة والمضمرة والتي من شأنها إنتاج معرفة جديدة تستمد خصوصياتها من كون الخطاب السياسي كينونة سياسية تتحول مع الفاعل السياسي والممارس أيضا للعمل السياسي والمؤسسات السياسية إلى آليات لممارسة السلطة وشرعيتها لاستثمارها في توجيه الرأي العام. وتسعى هذه الدراسة الإجابة عن مجموعة من التساؤلات من قبيل: لماذا أصبح الخطاب السياسي وجها من أوجه السياسة؟ وهل يمتلك السياسي اليوم باحترافية ووعي ودراسة هذا النوع من الخطاب؟ وكيف يمارس هذا الفعل من خلال تواجده في المشهد السياسي وفي المحطات السياسية الحزبية والانتخابية؟، وما هي حدود طموحاته ورغباته الخفية والمعلنة؟
Actually, the worlds of politics, the politicians' role, discourse, communication, democracy, power, and masks are interrelated, intertwined concepts. In this article we will investigate this interrelationship between political action and the masks of power and practice, the aspirations of the politician and both his explicit and implicit aspirations. This would produce new knowledge which derives its specities from the fact that the political discourse is a political entity that transforms with the political actor and also the practitioner of political action and political institutions into mechanisms for exercising of power and its legitimacy so as to invest it in guiding the public opinion. This study seeks to answer a set of questions, such as: Why has the political discourse become one aspect of politics? Does the politician today have the professionalism, awareness and study of this type of discourse ? How does he practice this act through his presence in the political scene and in the political, partisan and electoral stations ? What are the limits of his hidden and declared ambitions and desires?
